This is sad. He clearly has some onset symptoms of dementia. I've been taking care of my grandfather for 15 years and he seems like he has some of the symptoms. I hope he has family or a support system in place to help him with his properties and finances
I witnessed my Mother deteriorate from Alzheimer's over the last decade of her life.Athough I'm not qualified to make a diagnosis this gentleman's behaviour is very reminiscent of the early stages of dementia for sure.

It should not have mattered to the defendant if the plaintiff’s witness was Travis or Yan, as both persons (in addition to the plaintiff) were on the lease and entitled to be there.
