I grew up in a family of ND folks, but we don't tend to be hyperactive - it was mostly us all hyper-focusing on quiet tasks in our own corners and getting frazzled and upset when interrupted hah.

I myself am mixed, vacillating between hyperfocus and being super duper inattentive, depending on the task at hand, what else I've been doing lately, fatigue, external stimuli, etc. And that's not even touching on the experiences of people with multiple NDs, like someone with AuDHD. Everyone's different!
I believe it also counts towards "Get 3 in 3 careers" for the Renaissance Sim aspiration, counts towards Responsibility in range, and start building some skills. It's almost too OP, but don't tell anyone or they'll nerf it like they did with taking pictures!!!!
If you have a chair right next to the crafting/ skill object (robotics station, easel, etc) and set the sims queue so it is “craft robotics chip” then “sit” - it prevents them from canceling what they are doing to go autonomously do something else. Then when they are done crafting, cancel the sit, direct them to craft again, and then queue sitting in the chair. I saw someone else suggest this on an earlier video when Quinn wouldn’t finish her painting, so I tried it and it solved the issue I was having in my own game.
My theory about why Lady is the new heir: Quinn can't bear the thought of not setting up all her children for an easier time than she had. Unlike her ancestors who were all focused on money or career, she was focused on family and spent a lot longer struggling financially. It was so much harder for her than the other Bigwallets and she doesn't want that for her kids. Rye, on the other hand, loved those days. He thought sleeping in a treehouse was awesome, and he never really noticed how crummy the house was or that he was sleeping on a terrible bed. He was always focused on fun. He thinks it'll be awesome for Lady and doesn't really remember struggling or think she'll have any trouble.

When that graduation bug happens, if you do a shift-click debug reset on the gym, it'll kick all the students back out and then you can direct all your sims to go in. Basically, the game doesn't want a sim to graduate alone, so it inserts other NPC grads and ends up blocking access to more than 1 of your sims going in. By resetting, the NPCs are kicked out and you have another chance at going in together. I do this when I graduate triplets or frat houses.
@@aliciacooper8662 I've graduated 7 sims at the same time using this method. If an NPC gets in the way again, just reset once more and pause the game. Give directive to all your sims to re-enter and then un-pause. All will have grad pics.

According to LittleMsSam's "Choose your Roommate" mod's description, there's a 10 Sim cap on the house for roommates, maybe it applies to stay-over guests as well? Which may be why it didn't allow stay-overs before (10 Sims) but allowed 3 Sims now (7+3)! In addition, the mod should be able to raise the cap to 20, which could allow even more Sims!
I love how much more chaotic it got around 50:20. Pollution, sitting on the floor, Brody, the commentary, Ash, Krysta, Brody again (now hissing in the corner), the franks and beans, Reginald... These type of chaotic episodes are right up my alley. Sims 4 at its finest.
I have marriages all the time without my wedding stories. I typically have them on the home lot. I either put the wedding party in a club or put my household members who are wedding guests in a group. You must have a household member who isn't getting married be part of the group, so they can have the "Watch Wedding Together" interaction. Works every time for me. It isn't ideal since no one sits down, they stand around. But at least they attend.
I was really hoping that Willow would get the old Bigwallet vet clinic on the dock! I love how the descendants are acquiring the old real estate generations later.
You can stop them breaking off from doing things and going to play basketball by queuing up something else after the task. So if you want them to paint. Set them painting and queue up sitting on a chair or something. They will paint until they're finished. They only auto queue the next task if you don't do it for them.

For some reason if a house is not used for long the game doesn't allow you to buy it furnished If you change an item on the house (buy a new couch) and go back to world mode, it lets you buy with furnished
An adult can Encourage a kid on the activity table to keep them Inspired, and Help with Homework keeps the kid Focused. You can keep medicine in the fridge.
For future reference, the absolute easiest way to do the Draw 2 Pictures While Inspired is by having an adult "Encourage" them while they're drawing. It gives them a really strong inspired moodlet that lasts for the entire interaction.

Just a heads up, we tend to call ourselves horsegirls up untill roughly 12-15years of age. After that we call ourselves Equestrians. Just something that might be fun toi know and keep in mind for the actuall horse playthrough.
Not all horse girls are equestrians and not all equestrians are horse girls. There are definitely teen and adult horse girls that can’t afford to ride and equestrians from a young age who are doing it without it being a ~special interest~

Here, James, you need a quick guide to optimizing your Sims' focused and inspired emotions. Focused: Ponder Moves on a chessboard, Take a Bath With Soaks - the Citrus one, teen and adults can go on a computer > Web > Browse Simpedia, get the tea brewer and make Pitch Black, View Focused Work on an object with an emotional aura - Mathematical Diagrams are great for that, you can paint them on the easel when you're focused. Also get an incense burner and burn Sharpening Saffron. Inspired: Take a Thoughtful Shower, Cloudgaze/Stargaze (you got those!), but also geta lump of clay - playing with it gives an inspired moodlet. Make Yerba Mate Tea and burn Evocative Lemon incense. You can also view works with an inspiring emotional aura, but they're harder to find. The figure drawings you get as a bonus from the painting career are great for that. There are more! But these are the easiest and should help you finish Lady III's aspirations! Good luck! Love the series!
Poor Willow, had to move in with their brother and sister in law and a guy they don't know (that must be awkward) to follow their dream job and afford a vet clinic. Willow should definitely go ranches with Lady and eventually build the official Ranch vet clinic. Also, it's so funny that Oak sits on the floor every time Ebony is around and wears a skirt.
Children do get an allowance of vacation days from school, like adults do from work, so Lady could take a few days off school to focus on her aspirations. She currently has 4 vacation days she could use. Being late to school has a negative impact on school performance, but taking time off doesn't.
That was a lot! Oak (and James) realising he’d eaten meat and then googling what gumbo actually was (which is lots of meats- who knew?!) was brilliant.

I absolutely adore that you're doing all the child aspirations for Lady III! It's so fun and satisfying to watch you progress through them.
Just a heads up, we tend to call ourselves horsegirls up untill roughly 12-15years of age. After that we call ourselves Equestrians. Just something that might be fun toi know and keep in mind for the actuall horse playthrough.
Not all horse girls are equestrians and not all equestrians are horse girls. There are definitely teen and adult horse girls that can’t afford to ride and equestrians from a young age who are doing it without it being a ~special interest~

In my mind it made more sense as well for willow to have the ace flag, if i remember correctly james tried to make her flirt with krysta first but she didn't even add that to her queue? 😂 ALSO HER COLOR SCHEME IS SO PERFECT FOR IT TOO (though i might just be excited cause im ace as well🤭hahaha)

I think you can register for a position of your own making through the phone. Its helpful do that in conversation your sim can say what they do.
Here, James, you need a quick guide to optimizing your Sims' focused and inspired emotions.
Focused: Ponder Moves on a chessboard, Take a Bath With Soaks - the Citrus one, teen and adults can go on a computer > Web > Browse Simpedia, get the tea brewer and make Pitch Black, View Focused Work on an object with an emotional aura - Mathematical Diagrams are great for that, you can paint them on the easel when you're focused. Also get an incense burner and burn Sharpening Saffron.
Inspired: Take a Thoughtful Shower, Cloudgaze/Stargaze (you got those!), but also geta lump of clay - playing with it gives an inspired moodlet. Make Yerba Mate Tea and burn Evocative Lemon incense. You can also view works with an inspiring emotional aura, but they're harder to find. The figure drawings you get as a bonus from the painting career are great for that.
There are more! But these are the easiest and should help you finish Lady III's aspirations! Good luck! Love the series!

Poor Willow, had to move in with their brother and sister in law and a guy they don't know (that must be awkward) to follow their dream job and afford a vet clinic. Willow should definitely go ranches with Lady and eventually build the official Ranch vet clinic.
Also, it's so funny that Oak sits on the floor every time Ebony is around and wears a skirt.
Children do get an allowance of vacation days from school, like adults do from work, so Lady could take a few days off school to focus on her aspirations. She currently has 4 vacation days she could use.
Being late to school has a negative impact on school performance, but taking time off doesn't.
