It’s actually a fictional soundchip developed by Redstonium called the MEROS 1219S. You can check his channel and community posts for more info about the chip. It uses Audacity generated waves (mostly square, pwm square or noise) to make music. There’s also a tutorial on how to make MEROS music on Redstonium’s channel. You should check out his music too, he’s pretty skilled with the PC engine!
