"I thought more people would want these fish because they are so cool" (Scleromystax barbatus) - It might be the temperature. Having to have a tank with fish that only thrive at lower 70's might have to be a special tank just for them for most people. I do agree though a really cool fish.

when you say tap water, do you mean JUST tap water? i thought you were always supposed to use dechlorinator when using tap water

Do you cook the cattapa leaves in advance or do you put them in directly?
It is very stressful to remove the clutch from the parents do this only when necessary!!!!!!!!!!!
