I use a Keenz wagon. Similar design but several hundred dollars cheaper. In case you want some ideas we use battery powered fans clipped to the collapse legs to keep the kids cool. For cloth diapers you can buy a snap on cloth diaper and just use those cloth inserts as liners. No need for clothe pins. If you have any questions HMU.
We bought that tent a couple years ago. Never really used it outside but I have a 4 year old that sets it up in the living room and she sleeps in it like she’s camping all the time.

Great kit. One think i do know never try to go cheap on something, oneday you want to be there for you or your family. That is one of the best kits i seen for smaller kids. Even if a Marine put it together lol
Kids are a factor that might make you hunker down. The logistics are providing for many on the move is difficult. We can all envision circumstances that might force evacuation but home is where the resources are.

If I one time you , you will need an outer cover for those cloth diapers , that’s what’s actually leak proof .. 1-3 will Work for those 10 cloth diapers

I’m a little tardy to the party but if you haven’t already please wash those cloth diapers a few times and get some Water proof covers (I like G diapers and we green co on Amazon). If you don’t they won’t absorb anything at all and you’ll leak everywhere.
