Yes that’s the machine we played, on level 1 near the poker room area. Crown can be really brutal sometimes, I’ve easily lost $200 in a matter of 20 minutes in the past.

Thanks so much for watching. To be honest once you have the card and the time limit and daily gambling limit is set up, it’s not too much of a hassle. Because we’d set it up last time, we didn’t have to go to the Reward desk again this time. So it’s annoying on the first visit but now it wasn’t much different than o it ting out reward card in the machine in Vegas. With the exception of putting in a PIN each time.
Hi Paul, we do have a players card, everyone who gambles at Crown is required to have one now. You can’t put money into the machine without inserting the players card first (check out our other Crown video from May to get a run down on this) At the moment there is only 1 restaurant in the complex that gives a discount on meals with your players card, and you need to spend a minimum of $400 first 😳 Unfortunately you don’t really get many perks at Crown apart from the free parking (you do need to spend $50 for that though), and you can convert your points to freeplay.
We found we had better luck on our previous visit which was a Thursday night. We took home $1500 from that visit. But hey it’s called gambling for a reason right 😂 thanks for watching.
Hi, thank you for the vlog. Question - is the Crown promenade connected to the casino without having to go outside? I just have my mum who enjoys gambling. And the whole purpose of us staying there is that so she can go back to the room when she finish gambling late at night. if she has to go outside, crossing the road etc then that defeats the purpose of us staying there. Will it be safe for her to walk from the casino back to Crown promenade at night?
Hi, thanks for watching. Crown promenade is connected to crown casino via an indoor walkway. You just head up to level 1, exit the casino area and head towards the multi level carpark. If you walk just past village cinemas and you’ll see the signs to Promenade hotel on the left and just head down the walkway into Promenade. This is definitely safe to walk by herself at night. Alternatively you can exit the doors just before the entrance to Crown Towers and Crown Promenade is straight across the road. Hope this helps.

You can request robe and slippers at check-in. That's what I do and they deliver to room. I like the Promenade, stayed there over 100 times
