Just a quick note, I don’t know why the sim dash is so badly out of sync towards the end of the test run. Not that it changes anything, just really annoying when I can see that it was perfectly lined up at the start of the lap 😃🤷♂️
Nice find! It explains my terrible attempts from yday where I experienced the same without knowing that it was caused by too much tyre temperature. Thanks Arkeys!
Nice thing to point out Arkeys....I noticed straight away this race was using the same time of day settings as the GTWS race that turned the tyres to jelly from the cloud formations(i think iv played this game to much 😆) and suspected this may be a problem. On another note I'm not sure I like race A being race cars....doesn't feel right lol
Thanks a lot Womble! Hope you are well btw 😃 I didn’t feel it right away as I always have a warm up period in GR2 cars (well, any car tbh), but once settled in it became obvious. And it was also overheated tyres that sent my first race on Monday down the drain 😃 I prefer the road cars for the most part, but like some rating risk free race car races now and then. Now we just need PD to also remember to use road cars now and then in Race B and C, just for the variation 😃
LOL, I did the usual qualifying grind, and reduced my time (forget what it was), after about 3 or 4 laps. I guess it shows what a crap driver I really am, ha ha.

-and informative.
Thanks a lot! Glad it was useful :-D
Excellent work Arkeys, I wondered why after lap one I got slower!
Thanks Hugh! I was getting suspicious as well, but didn’t see the pattern until I was well into it, so decided to do this video this morning 😃
Nice one Arkeys 👍🏽
Thanks a lot Wolffy! :-D
Great final lap! 🙌👏
Thanks a lot Julian, slowly chipping away 😀

You're welcome! And thanks! 😀
Thanks Arkeys! I tried setting times last night. Definitely seemed to fall off after more laps. This makes sense now.
Thanks man, glad I could help 😀

Haha it took a while for me to realise it as well 😃😆
Gt7 doesnt simulate tyre temps🌲
I was so close to starting collecting footage for the hot lap video, but for some reason it just got massively delayed 😃🤷♂️😉

Thanks Lucas 😃👍
