Greek yogurt is world-famous, but I didn’t expect it to be particularly attractive when paired with pie!
Surprisingly, the dough turned into balloons, that chef is so talented!
Baklava is a work of art. I really want to eat it. I feel like I will be happy all day long after just eating one bite!
The lasagna also looks delicious. After watching the video, I feel that Greek food is not inferior to that of Italy and France!
I’m glad you explained the history of the Abbey and made this video richer!
That town is really beautiful, as if traveling through time. Thank you very much for sharing, super great job! 👍🥰👏

I've always liked Greek food and find Greek yogurt to be far superior to the usual yogurt we buy here in the States. I can't help but wonder whether the Cretan yogurt, plain, has a different mouth feel and flavor than the "Greek" yogurt we can purchase here in the Upper Midwest.

I grew up in a town with a decent sozed Greek population, and Greek food was always a special treat as a child.
In college I went to a place and just wanted a gyro for lunch, and they pushed the pastitsio special that day on me, hard. I said yes and got treated like a grandkid that day. She brought the plates out to the table with a flourish and I had the feeling I better eat it all or I'd be in trouble lol
It wasn't what I wanted but it was so good. That touch of nutmeg in the bechamel was really nice 😊 Still remember it.

@@peonypink7943 So according to your historical sources the Arkadi Monastery massacre never happened? What about Chios massacre with 100.000 dead did that happen or did Eugène Delacroix create the famous painting portaiting the slaughter in 1824 out of the blue? And what about Samothrace (1821), Kos, Rhodes, Psara (1824)? What about the siege of Messolonghi where Lord Byron died? What about the Peloponnese where the city of Patras and Kalamata were raised to the ground? What about the city of Naoussa in 1822 where the entire population was either killed or taken into slavery? What do your historical sources tell us about all that?

turks ended the 3.500 Hellenic Presence in Anatolia. Literally even conducted a pogrom against the last Greeks of Constantinople in the 1950’s. Same on Imbros & Tenedos which had a Semi-Autonomous Status.
Your state is very guilty of many crimes. We won’t start to mention the bigger ones like Armenian Gen0cide 🤭 & many others…
Even until a few months ago your president said he wants to launch a Ballistic Missile on Athens, a European City of 5 Million People 🤡
Shape up or things will not end well for you! 🦃🤏🏻

About 99% of all t0rkish cuisine is simply stolen from Greeks, Arabs, Persians, & Armenians. Even their alphabet was arab & now latin. They even try to portray Churches as mosques & even copy pasted that Architecture 🤣🦃🛖
