This is fantastic! I put it on my Christmas playlist at the top! Your dulcimer's tone is excellent and your sense of arrangement is elegant and intense. Love it.
Carol of the Bells is a favorite song of mine and this rendition is truly beautiful. Some musical instruments sound absolutely magical and the Hammered Dulcimer is one of those. Thank you for sharing your talents with us. I wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. God bless.😊
A beautiful sound! I added it as a link on my history class web site (Frameworks for America's Past) in the "Music and Songs Americans Have Loved" section, on the Holiday Seasons songs page.
"Carol of the Bells" is a popular Christmas carol, which is based on the Ukrainian New Year's song "Shchedryk." The music for the carol comes from the song written by the Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych in 1914

Reminds of Joshua, indeed! ;-)
Yep, Joshua challenges all players to be better 🤣
@@BrianEadesHammeredDulcimer Yes, absolutely! 😅
is that a linear chromatic?
That looks like a Jerry Read Smith Grande Concertmaster to me. The extra bridge on the right is a super bass bridge for extra low notes.
