      Hi, Cheryl......I don't take all of them every single day. But I take certain ones usually every day. Here's something I'll never forget, tho .....a long time ago, we had a wonderful natural health doctor. Unfortunately she died a couple years ago. I digress. She showed me a blood sample from me under a black field microscope. My blood looked like it was full of litter. She told me to take quercetin. A while later, she took a sample of my blood & again we looked at it under the black field microscope. The difference was like night & day. There wasn't any litter after taking quercetin awhile !
      So, this taught me we aren't always going to feel a difference when we take a supplement. Sometimes it's quietly doing a job w/out us feeling a thing. Therefore ! I have taken quercetin ever since because I know it's keeping my blood free of litter even tho I don't notice it.

    I'm so thankful you made this video. So many people view supplements as safe no matter what but that isn't true. We can take too much of something and not enough of another or combine things and we shouldn't, yet we continue to add to the list. I also stopped taking everything cold turkey to listen to my body to see what I intuitively needed. I don't understand how I can do all the right things yet be the heaviest I've ever been. I'll have blood work done soon to check all my levels. In the meantime I'm continue to juice my whole foods. You have a beautiful spirit. I'm so glad you are doing better.

      Thank you so much for this thoughtful comment. Listening to our bodies is so important and even I'm guilty of not stressing how important this is. Another commenter stressed the importance of getting blood work done to find out exactly what's needed. I wish you all the best! Take care... xo Cheryl

      Hi and thank you for your kind words of support! I really appreciate it. I only use David's toothpaste and have for years after bouncing around to different brands. Once or twice a month I will gently brush w/ baking soda and I rinse w/ hydrogen peroxide (on the advice of an old school dentist) once a day. HTH... xo Cheryl

    Dear Diva, this is Reem from Kuwait. I have been suffering from pulsatile tinnitus for 3 and a half years. In addition to few episodes of verito. Neck pain and ear pain that drs couldn’t interpret. If you are experiencing these symptoms i would highly suggest to consult your dr and never think it’s because of aging. Take care. Love ur channel 👍🏻

      Hello Reem, I'm so sorry to hear that you have lived with pulsatile tinnitus for such a long time. My eustacian tube wasn't functioning properly and once they treated me for that, the tinnitus calmed down a lot. I would have long periods of quiet and when I could hear it, it wasn't as loud. However, it still disrupted my sleep sometime and my doctor mentioned that stress could make it worse. I have been under a lot of chronic stress because I take care of my mother. I now use Chinese herbs to control and lower the stress and finally, the tinnitus has gone away! I'm going to have an MRI just to make sure nothing else is going on, but I'm grateful for the quiet. How are your stress levels? The constant noise is stressful just on it's own.

      @@FreeRangeDiva Dear Diva, if the pulsating tinnitus didn’t go away i would suggest you to do MRI. My frequent visits to the drs left me with no clear explanation and ended up leaving with steroids prescription which i didn’t take. Do you have any other symptoms other than pulsatile tinnitus?

    • @FreeRangeDiva
      @FreeRangeDiva  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@reemalali3851 I've had regular tinnitus in my right ear for years. However, it has also quieted since I used the steroid to get my eustacean tubes to start working. I also have an approval for an MRI but haven't scheduled it yet. Since my ears are both quiet now, I wanted to check w/ the dr. to make sure she still recommended it.

    I used to take sooooo many supplements and herbs, I have quit them all cold turkey many times because of some weird something or the other. About a yr ago I narrowed them down to what I feel like are essential for me, and I feel very well, but I do eat highly nutritious foods daily. The best gift, IMO, that anyone can give to themselves is a comprehensive bloodwork panel and urinalysis that leaves no stone unturned. Most doc offices do not do this, I lucked onto one who does, but if your doc doesn’t do it, you can order it yourself online. I do believe that we can get most of our nutrition through food, but I also know, as a lifelong gardener, who runs soil test annually, that our soil is sorely lacking in essential minerals because of farming practices and the use of chemical fertilizers and weed killers. When we bought our farm, the soil was completely depleted of nutrients. It’s kinda hard to compare our diets to those of other countries where they still practice a more natural agriculture than we do, with good volcanic soils and natural fertilizers, crop rotation, etc, etc.
    I’m glad to hear that you’re feeling good and sleeping good!! Good sleep makes all the difference!
    I’d be interested in knowing what exactly the ENT is doing for you, is it some type of steroid?
    I hope that you continue to improve, my friend. You’ve endured a lot these past few yrs and you’ve handled it really well, and shared with us, which I’m sure has helped so many ppl. I know it’s helped me. Thank you❤

    • @FreeRangeDiva
      @FreeRangeDiva  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Jessie, I 100% agree w/ everything you said about the condition of our soil and the lack of nutrients in our food - especially food grown in factory farms that don't have the time or finances to give a field a sabbatical while working to build up the soil. I'm lucky in that I buy most of our produce from a family farm located in Moorpark that practices soil enrichment as a foundation for their crops.
      The ENT has me on fluticasone, a steriod I think, but when my eye pain developed, I got scared that it might be contributing (it does give me a headache) so I stopped it for a couple of days. Fortunately, the volume of the tinnitus has remained low enough at night that it doesn't interfere w/ my sleep, although it can get loud during the day.

      @@FreeRangeDiva I’m glad you have a good veggie source! Yes, it’s sounds like you were on a steroid, I was curious because that’s all they ever want to do for me, I’ve resisted taking them thus far but it may get to the point where I’m desperate enough to try them, especially since it appears to have helped you so much. I’ve read about pulsatile tinnitus, it sounds unbearable.

    • @FreeRangeDiva
      @FreeRangeDiva  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah, it's awful and the steroid is temporary to get my E-tubes back to normal and to get me through until my next round of tests in a few weeks. It's likely going to take some trial and error to stop the throbbing completely, but in the meantime, I'm happy that I'm able to sleep.

    • @FreeRangeDiva
      @FreeRangeDiva  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don't know. She said they tested my Eus. tubes for function and neither of them even registered on the measurement chart. There was literally no activity. They tested twice to make sure the machine wasn't malfunctioning. I definitely feel a difference and the first thing I noticed was no more dizzy spells and the "fullness" feeling in my ears went away.

      @@FreeRangeDiva sounds like you had a patulous eustachian tube. The eustachian tube should close and open but yours apparently was remaining open allowing you to hear your bodily sounds. The purpose of the eustachian tube is to ventilate the middle ear. The symptoms you describe sound like it was stuck in the open position. Glad it is better
