They didnt buff tnjs jerry shot they buffed his racket. U misunderstood his neutral attack for his neutral special when u read the changes. They are trying to incorporate tnjs racket into his combos to make him less uptilt reliant.
Finn didn't really get changed? The bonus knockback from the coins got halfed for his dashattack and up special. Damage multiplier was also effectively halfed. He still has his combos sure, but I wouldn't gloss over the change. Also stripe on the same level as Velma? Idk I might be biased but he's not that terrible.
I mean. I’ve been a samurai jack main since he came out. You actually have to work to get your wins. If going against Superman, taz, Tom n Jerry just give up. You won’t get a knockout against Superman unless he’s 200+ damage dealt. It’s ridiculous.

@@PresidentHim absolutely, so I'm gonna start at the top and work my way down, just to preface I haven't played much season 3 so this could be slightly off, Taz as s tier I can semi agree with but in my opinion he shows off the glaring problem I have with game, being camping and spamming, but personally I think Taz is one of the easier characters to deal with that take advantage of this, making him assassin has made him better though personally I think he's more suited for top of a, TnJ from what I seen the nerf he received isn't that bad and his buff is good so I'd say he got that one right but again I'd feel better putting him at a because I believe there is better Character, steven I don't see enough of so I couldn't tell you I do know he is a sleeper pick and I would put him a or s, joker is easily s I haven't played him sense his nerfs so idk if he dropped lower but there is no way he's less then s in my mind, so he did good so far now we get to my problems with the teir list, ppg I don't know I won't give an opinion on them besides that they have strong combos and 0 to deaths, superman I'm aware of how this patch changed him but at least last patch he was easily s tier, finn from what I saw finn was hardly change with promises to change him later he is an s tier character for his capabilities and what the meta is he needs to win neutral then if he does he is capable of 0 to deaths and finn is one of the most campy and capable characters when it comes to winning neutral, ww I like where he put her I might even argue she's very slightly lower but his placement is fine, arya last patch was s tier and from what I seen I'm pretty sure she got buff I could be wrong but she's top 7 easily her ability to have amazing ground options again makes her very campy they wait for whiff then it's down attack or Dash attack or neutral air, she has a lot of options but that doesn't limit her because she can also play very rush down with moves like side special 1, forward air, and even ground neutral I find easily tricks people out, with half of her moveset being able to ko early she doesn't struggle at all to end a stock and is very hard to counter play with her speed and strength, agent smith I like the spot I may even argue he's lower for he struggles in certain match ups butim also unaware of his changes, beetle juice I'm unaware of his changes but his ability to kill is like no other(besides one) personally I'd place him at top of a bottom s, morty this guy is a morty D rider and it's very frustrating morty is easily s teir I do not know if they change him but last patch is ability to camp and space out the opponent is almost unmatched and if you weren't playing on of the other characters I say are s teir you weren't beating him unless the morty messed up, garnet I think last patch was a sleeper a with her new changes and buffs I think she's gonna be s but we'll have to wait to see for her, samurai jack has lots of good options but he has very bad killing power if you ask me most of his kills coming fr9m edge guarding which he can do quite exceptionally I'd put him low a because these next two are much better another thing that gives lots of characters the advantage over jack in this meta is end lag and whiff punish all of jack moves have crazy amounts of endlag causing whiffing against people to be a massive blunder and with the meta jack cant sit back and camp cause he does have as good as tools as some other characters ill put higher causing him to get eaten alive whenever somebody simply presses the dodge button, black Adam as of last patch s teir I'm unaware of his changes but as I keep coming back to camping and spacing as well as strong easy to Land kill moves make this character not only hard but frustrating to deal with, LeBron last patch LeBron was a beast without basket ball LeBron would become a master of Dodge and they would press two buttons side special and forward air attempting to get there ball back the thing about these moves is the endlag and time to whiff punish was virtually non exisent is camping ability with ball an the pure strength of his up air with ball made him top a with the buffs he just received I don't doubt he's S and potentially the best character in this game but yet to be seen, reindog Ik little about but from when I've fought him he seems a bit od with how quickly his moves come out I'd say he's in a good spot, now I forgot to mention I'm a high level 1v1 player and that's what these rankings are about, I completely forgot that this guy could be talking about 2v2 in which case I have no clue, I will continue the second half the tier list in another reply, that's where I disagree most
Shaggy as of last update shaggy was annoying but plenty of counter play and you could learn to deal with him I'd say with the nerfs top of b make sense, batman obviously this guy misunderstood batman changes and I'm not holding that one against him batman is some where mid a I'd say, Rick I honestly haven't seen enough of but he has a lot of strong options wth annoying counterplay and he's hard to kill I put him right below or above samurai jack I think they're about comparable, gizmo as of last update I saw a lot of bad gizmo players now don't misunderstand gizmo was not a bad character I would of argued low s teir but with the nerfs of this patch I'd say he's gonna be some where mid high a, Iron giant again I know little about I never have trouble with ig players except for those early kos he seems really good at I'd say top of b is appropriate, Jason I belive this character is not only being slept on by the community but completely ignored his whole moveset is not used most Jason's simply jab jab side special and it does work I think if that playstyle is what we're referring to Jason probably is b but I'm talking about how good these characters actually are I'd say Jason is top of b low a so not terribly innacacurate for his killing capability and the potential mix up I will say maybe think he can do more then he can I don't have a crazy amount of experience with him after season 1, banana gaud kinda shit maybe with new update he's better I like him in b teir, Jake last patch Jake was a menace with his camping abilities although I never saw any break op 100 I could be wrong, personally I struggled against Jake so this could be slightly biased but the spam with him was ridiculous and I'd say he's somewhere in a probably above rick and jack, Marvin I have little to know experience every Marvin I play does the few good spacing options and the have the strategies of the meta and what the high teirs do but he's easily counterable in my opinion bottom a top of b for him, bugs bunny this low on the tier list is criminal and as a spoiler harley this low also criminal, now I'm unaware of bugs changes last patch his ability to kill rushdown an camp put him up with the likes of arya and joker but however I'd say bugs struggled the most out of any top teir to compete with other top tiers so I'd say he's at a top of a not s, now harley the character that I believe the community is just ignorant to harley has spam,spacing,killpower, and rushdown aspects all things that are strong in this meta her ability to space you out when she wants cause you to get high percent, then if she wants she can juggle which is counter played but if she's successful leads to very low percentage ringouts, then you have the spam and not jus spam but traversal as well, Harleys down attack and dash attack are able to cover so much screen very quickly with very weird hurt boxes and hitboxes, her down attack leads into combos that can kill above 30 no problem, her dash attack will put you off stage almost every time where she can spam the move I have the biggest problem with neutral air, this move has no punish time, is a massive hit box, and if you're in the middle of stage will kill at 80 on lighter char and 110 on the heaviest it is a monster of a move with no downside and if you get hit off stage you loose, harley is bottom or mid s, stripe this placement is absolute slander stripe is mid high a, his upattack on ground kills at 90 on almost everyone and most moves combo into his abilities at range or strong and his gun give kos that would never be possible without he's a decent character, and lastly Velma Velma is probably one of the worst characters but she has some strong tools now where I say no one is below b tier and I argue Velma can handle a lot of the low a teir and below characters I'd say she gets a solid mid bteir to low somewhere near bannagaurd
