Jin has a terrible character assassination in Tekken 6, he did what basically what his Grandpa did to him before which he always hated, which is making an asshole move to saving the future stuff like that.... The difference between Kazuya and Jin in making WW is that Kazuya did that with his own purpose and reasons, and based on his speech at first chapter story, he hold a grudge due to his past and thinking that power is everything to him, he as a villain work like that.... But Jin, he kill millions of innocent people just because he wanted to end the devil Gene bloodline by defeating Azazel and he failed to do that, in fact there's already a different method in control Azazel with Zafina and how to purge Devil Gene with Kazama power.... This make Jin Kazama as one of the dumbest character in Tekken history and I blame Tekken 6 writer for that.... That's the reason why a lot of people still prefer Kazuya and Heihachi character than Jin
And i feel like tekken 7-8 are ruining kazuya. He's becoming a full on dictator where as i feel like he was more intelligent about it in previous games. @@HeyMomoniaIt's weird that you don't subscribe to the theory that Kazuya, in the newest game, is actually the true protagonist of the story. There are some theories out there predicting that Kazuya 's war of physical might against the entire world, is nothing more than a ploy intended for the sole purpose of strengthening mankind in preparation for a "greater threat from beyond" (maybe an Ogre storyline/Azazel-based plot?) That's why it looks like Kazuya head-on battles almost every character in the story, in the pursuit of empowering them through the struggle of martial war, as well as humanity at large, in turn. The one who brings Kazuya down once and for all (Jin, Lars?) will become the de-facto protector of the planet, or they will take on the mantle of Adversary once more, as Kazuya had, and as Heihachi had before him.
@@HeyMomonia Kazuya got ruined ever since Devil (of Tekken 2) was retconned. It takes away the tragedy of Kazuya and fighting his own demons, and just turns him into a stereotypical villain. He's meant to be morally complex but they don't explore that aspect of him all that much because fighting games have never been good at showing the in between events. We just accept this happened and role with it. I didn't enjoy the Netflix Tekken anime but I liked how they made Jin have an internal struggle with his mothers teachings of pacifism and Heihachi's teachings of destroying those who are weak. Because now Jin can fully see who the Mishima's really are so this feeds into his hatred for them and it will destort his mothers teachings by believing that the only way to end world corruption is to wipe out his family line completely.

If you all wanna feel a better about Tekken 6 then there are some things that hint that he was being corrupted by the devil and thats why he acted that way. He said "If you look in the abyss long enough the abyss looks back at you" Its the same fall his father had. It was executed TERRIBLY but there is something behind it Tekken 3 Jin is definitely a good character, its just the nature of such old games that hides it. He could have killed Heihachi in the end of Tekken 3 after he transformed but Jin was able to control himself and fly away,as he would do again in Tekken 4. "Not enough happened to him to hate the Mishimas" He got shoot in the head by his grandfather who was his father figure at that point and Jin trusted him. Then this made him turn into a devil and learn he has a whole other personality inside him that wants to take over Kazuya is 100% a complex character,he is simply at a point where he has been consumed so much that he is devoid of humanity We see in Tekken 5 that he felt something about his grandfather but the devil in him makes that go away. We see in Tekken 7 that he clearly has PTSD from what happened, when he stares into nothingness at GCorp tower and he has a flashback of being thrown off a cliff, thats legit how trauma works. It makes you freeze with your eyes open and it makes you go back to it,even if it has been a long time, part of you is stuck there. When fighting Heihachi and his father wont go down and headbutts him you can see he looks like he is crying,he sees Heihachi as his young version that abused him,he feels like that powerless kid all over again. His eye wasnt red in that moment, that was HIM. After Heihachi is down he doesnt laugh maniacally,he is very somber and very contemplative. This is the guy that did terrible things in Tekken 2 and a literal Angel was trying to help him save his soul,in the opening she is literally hugging him as his eyes get red. He isnt a good person by any means,he is still definitely a bad person but the reason he is pure evil and feels one dimensional is that he is consumed. He did it for power,he did it many times, falling intentionally further into darkness for more power,he even says "I dont seek salvation" that very much shows there is something there and he is pushing it away I also heard that In his rage art against Jun he doesn't actually kick her or something, this is huge, she is the only character that makes him do that. He can never be a good person but there is something more there. Jun literally said she wants to save him
I would like to think that Jin knew of Kazuya way before Tekken 4. He lived with Jun until about 15 years old so it wouldn't make sense for him to not ask about his father by then. In hindsight, it's kinda funny that Jin immediately tries to kill Kazuya when he first meets him, but in context of the game, Jin already hated the devil gene and Devil essentially urged Jin to hate Kazuya during that weird scene in 4 when Jin is unconscious and he's dreaming of those Kazuyas surrounding him. Since Kazuya has the devil gene, he automatically hates him because it's the cause of the Mishima Curse.
t3- great start as a protagonist - and bloodline netflix did him well as a protagonist t4- great character development - for me since between the kazama or mishima blood he chooses the kazama side gaining him having a moral compass that is suppose to make him DIFFERENT FROM KAZUYA since tekken describe him as Kazuya's Mirror how kazuya should live if he wasnt thrown in the cliff t5- calm before the shitstorm he is more focus on controlling his own powers he is having nightmares but worst things happen t6- character assassination - decided to turn him into Kazuya 2.0 and worst of all he loses his moral compass that he gained back in tekken 4 but trying to ended up like it was azazel all along Jin did nothing wrong t7- literally just a plot device for t8 and literally sleeping, althrough i wish miguel ending is canon so it can reflect Jin's Character depth how he really regrets , mistakes, and wanting to die but miguel encouraging him to take responsibility of his actions that he should only stop the war t8 - ???? we will see through retcon and character building since t6/t7 mess up his character but t8 is meant to address the t6,t7 to his character as other said here i think his character is helding back. fighting games doesn't really have a good story to come out with because they focus more on gameplay for me its difficult to decide i mean we see he do have some flaws he make mistakes especially t6 was his biggest flaws and t8 will try to do their best to regain so its better to know that t8 what will do to him before we come to the conclusion
Seconded jun sending jin to heihachi knowing who he is kinda dumb. When she literally could've send Jin to live with his uncle and Asuka. So she basically set him up to become a genocidal maniac before he has time to mature and has his own good moral values. Smh.
I must’ve misinterpreted Jin’s motives in T4. I honestly thought he just wanted revenge on Heihachi and as far he knew Kazuya just showed up out of nowhere. Him wanting to kill his (as far as he knows) already dead father Makes no sense.
Kazuya enters the tournament as well as Jin and Jin gets kidnapped right before his match with Kazuya is about to start. It also says in the game manual that Jin wants to wipe out the Mishima bloodline in this game. It reads to me that Jin just has so much hatred for Mishimas and the Devil Gene as a whole that he’s willing to murder his father who he knows nothing about. Jin also showed no remorse for killing Jinpachi despite the fact that before he became possessed he was a good and peaceful man. Overall he’s painted as a ruthless murderer even before 6.
@@rougarabidJin kill Jinpachi because Jinpachi himself wanted to be kill... That's why he make a tournament and Jin took that mission and succeeded.... He also took this advantage to gained control of Mishima Zaibatsu

@rougarabid insightful content, entertaining delivery, on topics I enjoy...looking good so far. Really, REALLY liked your thoughts on T8's story mode and how involving more characters would open up other opportunities
I disagree that what happened to Jin wasn't bad enough to hate the entire bloodline. While what happened to Kazuya is worse. Being portayed by a parental figure scars you for life. I most definitely sympathize with Jin in TK4. Back when he was a well written character.
Sure but he didn’t want revenge on Heihachi he wanted revenge on his entire bloodline and even kill himself. That’s where I think his reaction was way over the top.
@@rougarabid still felt like it was justified. The devil gene fucked up the family and I feel like Jin knows that. He was written to be wise beyond his years.
Ok my lore mode activated, T3 jins a combo of jun and kaz, as he has her throw and weird spin kick punch combo thing In T4, he srops most of those moves for 'traditional karate' NOT kazama style, he only gets a few moves calledkazama style combos, while devil jin keeps kazama and mishima style, its weird that jin drops kazama style but oh well I just had to go on this tangent to let it out
I'm mostly interested in your tekken content but i'd love to see you do other videos like what you were talking about with the old kratos. I feel like people always think that characters from older games lacked depth for some reason. They do it with kratos and for some reason with john marston from rdr1. Simply because the games are over 10 years old.
Memory is short and people are always quick to put down the old to raise the new. They do it with films too. I released a new GoW video last night but I might do a full character analysis at a later date. I’m not done with Tekken quite yet though. Not by a long shot.
Jin is a mass murderer more than his father, Kazuya. There’s nothing cool about his character that he’s self loathing and loves his mommy waaaayyy too much. 😂
Loving your videos Rabid Rouga. Keep up the good quality work! You do you bro! Whether you make Tekken videos or God of War videos i'll watch them because you DIVE DEEP into the lore and understand these characters quite well! i've been tracking Tekken Lore since i got a copy of Tekken 3 back in 1998! You've actually dug up info that i didn't realize! I have certainly subscribed to you, and Tekkenpedia and The Tekken Wiki should too!
Thanks this means a lot. The God of War video is up and I’m brain storming my next as we speak. I’ll do my best to keep improving and give you guys high quality shit.
None of us were. They went too far. I do like some of the ideas like him being at the head of the mishima zaibatsu and i think he had a very interesting dynamic with nina. They're both stoic people that aren't afraid to fight and kill and both have family issues. It's a shame they didn't bring back this duo.
Yeah, I definitely didn't buy him as a villain. He's supposed to hate the Mishima bloodline, so it's kind of weird that he becomes the head of the Zaibatsu. I understand it was for killing Azazel, but you would think he would either end the Zaibatsu or at least change their reputation to make the world a better place instead of putting the world in peril.
I find your analysis very interesting (both that about Kazuya and this about Jin). I hope to hear other Tekken characters related video by you in the future.
Cool video, definitely food for thought. But in Tekken 4, he didn't learn more Kazama Style Karate, he actually learns Kyokushin. He also does a Kyokushin Kata in one of the videos. But you can see him trying to unlearn the Mishima style because some of his moves from t3 are still there, like he has a hop kick that looks similar to the start of spinning demon.
So if kazuya is the main guy of the Tekken series you know the one that pushes the plot/story forward. Tell me how does he only have one “canon” ending from Tekken 1-5 and I only use that because T6-T8 is more of a cinematic telling of the story than just looking at character endings. I mean the guy literally only has one Tekken ending that’s canon and that was T1 while Jin has T3,T4, and T5 now you tell me who pushes the plot forward.
Jin was not even in t1 and t2.. he's just a poor man's kazuya and debuted as Kazuya's clone. Also first part of Kazuya's t4 ending is canon so get your facts straight.. Lastly i love how you said from "t1 t5" just cause t7 ends with kazuya finishing heihachi
@@kain1144 lol Kazuya gets beat in T4 so how is Kazuya’s ending canon? You don’t know Tekken lore I see he actually came back to the game in T4 got clapped by Heihachi then he took kazuya to meet Jin and got clapped up again sounds more like a jobber if you ask me.

Kazuya waits for jin and yells "mezemero kazama Jin".. Jin's ending is continuation of Kazuya's first part. It's known that kazuya learnt to control devil in T4, so first part of Kazuya's ending is canon until Jin frees himself from chains.. Kazuya could be more complex and interesting character than jin if they didn't make him flat cartoonish evil at the last two games. I think both jin and kazuya is wasted potential
Jin is my favorite character in the game but i definitely was looking for his reasoning to wanna kill kazuya in t4. Like why? Bro you don't even know him.
What has irritated me about jin all the way back to when i was a kid playing tekken 3 was his bangs. I can just imagine him every morning spiking up his hair but purposely leaving those bangs. At least kaz and heihachi take a no nonsense approach to their styling, they keep it out of their faces. But jin is like "i hate my daddy and grandpappy so imma keep these bangs to show how edgy and angry i am 😡"
Interesting video! Just one nitpick: @3:17 mark, you say he unlearned his Mishima Style Karate and went back to Kazama style, which is technically inaccurate. He started learning Traditional Karate after unlearning the Mishima style. With he new Traditional Karate style, he retains a few of his Tekken 3 moves (including the Laser Scraper, Demon Paw, etc.) but these were moves not used by practitioners of the Mishima Style (Heihachi, Kazuya) nor of the Kazama Style (Jun, and later Asuka). His 5, 6 Hit Kazama Style combo from T4 also has no roots in any other Kazama Practitioner. Other than that, great job!
Jin is one of those characters with great protential to be the best character in the series but the writers mess it up. Its almost like the whole rey Skywalker concept except rey is much worse writing conpared to jin as his is decent but without proper build up anf explanations. Me personally jin is my favorite character and i really hope they make his development in tekken 8 and beyond better.
I think its the storylines which is keeping non tekken players from joining tekken world cuz it doesn't makes sense at all. Only people who have been a fan since tekken 3 will have interest in the game but for others its just a clown game with good gameplay but poor story. If in tekken 8 they manage to level up the storyline then it will sell more than 3 and 7
How would the world be in danger if he didn’t cause the chaos to awaken him in the first place? There was literally an organization whose sole purpose was to insure Azazel didn’t awaken and he fought against them to bring him back.
@@rougarabid Azazel has already awakened and was the one who told Jin that filling the world with negativity would materialise him . Zafina`s clan couldnt do anything about him in t6 despite knowing that the seal was broken. Tekken story is famous for retcons so setting Azazel as a threat of the future doomed it immediately. In t8 we already have Zafina and her people, Sirius organization of exorcists, Kazamas with their purifying powers and now even freaking Mishimas got retconned into a exorcists lol One can only hope this mess will be entertaining

As much as I loved this video, I feel like a lot of stuff wrong with Jin, in story and out, is partially thanks to Jun. You mentioning how you always thought it was strange that she sent her own son to HEIHACHI MISHIMA, made me so happy! I've legit spoken with people who'll try so hard to justify various things Jun had done, but when you think about it, she's also at fault. Full disclosure: Not including the Netflix series. I've had these thoughts long before it existed. Anyways, Jin loves his mother so much, right? Why did he choose traditional Karate and not the mostly defensive style we saw Jun use in 2 and Tekken Tag Tournament one? Furthermore, why does he never question about her sending him to his grandfather? It's not like Heihachi was hiding that he's evil, you don't need psychic powers to know that. Did she at all explain what Kazuya's life was like? Why didn't she send him to the Kazama Dojo to further help him with his issues? Why didn't Jin use more of his Kazama abilities? Sure would have helped him deal with Azazel. I get that there are limits in these games, but there ain't shit regarding Jun's personality and abilities, but she's soooo important, and so great. And all this, plays into why I have so many issues with Jin. Everything you said- everything- both are things I've been saying for years and then some. Edit: I'm not even bothered by Jin's story in 6, it helped me enjoy other characters more. But why are there far less people calling his ass out? Lars tried, got shut down. Zafina didn't even try. Nina- eh. Just so many things bugged me. And still do, which is why I'm rolling my eyes at Jin Schtauffen in T8. Says a ton.
Jin Schtauffen? Siegfried was literally possessed when he was Nightmare. He didn't commit those atrocities consciously. And he killed his father by accident. Jin did what he did willingly, even if his intentions were good.
@@rougarabid true, that one's Right 😅 btw what's your opinion on if Heihachi should canonically return to T8, and how would you feel if Kazya dies? Personally I'm done then. I like fighters who age their characters. Kazya is 47ish and still peak. Used to be a jin boi but i can't connect with such younger characters. Jin is 21....
@@NuevoExistenceQuick answer? No Heihachi should never come back. He’s dead, stay dead. I don’t like resurrection in media 9/10 times. And no I don’t think Kazuya should die. He’s the only interesting villain that exists in the Tekken universe as of now. It would be a VERY bad idea to kill him off now.
Jin wanted to awaken Azazel because if he woke after him and Kazuya were gone, nobody would be able to defeat him. So rather than waiting generations for Azazel, he took him on then and there
Hes trash. Been saying it for years. Kazuya is much better. Perfect characters born with everything just "cuz" are boring. Gohan aka Ass-Pull-Han, Jin, Superman, etc. Yes, Tekkens story is trash, but not all characters have been trash from the beginning. Tekken 3 you had a tournament champion, main story strongest and other side strong characters. Now it went full Dragon Tard with Mishimas = Saiyans. No shine to other characters despite having some real bada$$$$es on the roster. Also, i haven't seen anyone hate on Jin except me. And when i point out his flaws i get 100 Harada defenders attacking me. But anyway, hilarious to see all the people complain about Tekken 6. Been saying it for years. Story was trash. Worst Tekken ever but again, people defend it. But the #s dont lie. Less sales than Tekken 5 despite being sold on all platforms while 5 was only on PS2. 6 was trash for many different reasons, story being on of them.
Oh gameplay wise? He is 10x better then kazyua kazyua got nerfed soo bad the main man himself kinda hated him but he needed a lil nerfs and not hit box and just lackluster but jin oh jin he combo damage is good the mixups but it kills the characters difficulty in tekken 8 all Mishimas are easier to play but kinda less powerful(kazyua) but jin Reina and dvj are really good better then kazyua so yeah kazyua is lackluster in tekken 8 the full game is close but hopefully kazyua gets buffed
I dont really like his character. It doesnt reflect any kind of personality for me and he is too emotionless. Heihachi was the man when it comes to pesonality.
Well if you had found out your father was a evil sob, your Mom gets killed by a demon then your grandfather who raised you for four years kills you and on top of that have a condition of where you can transform into a demon that you inherited from your father and plaque with nightmares every night. You wouldn't be sunshine and rainbows yourself
Sorry, but the worst protagonists between all fighting games are Jin Kazama and Ryu (SF). They r main, but they suck. Too generic, predictable, boring, lame, emos, etc.
Not a fair comparison. Ryu is one of the first major fighting game protagonists. Measure their impacts, a vast majority of fighting game protagonists were either influenced or directly inspired by Ryu. Now let's get something clear, just because you're the first, doesn't make you the best. It is also about legacy, impact and how you've held up with time. Ryu is still relevant today, influenced way more characters, including Jin himself. Ryu isn't generic, he is a pioneer. Carried Street Fighter from day 1. And unlike the others, Ryu has a consistent character arc with a beginning, middle, and end. It's fair if you consider Ryu's story boring, but you'll have to show more to dub it as bad. Ryu's arc was about finding balance, that was explicitly stated, shown, and brought to it's natural conclusion. Was it messy? Could Capcom have put more detail into Ryu with the SFV story mode? Yes, of course they could have. But that is more the script writers being incompetent in the execution of the narrative, than the narrative itself. The core story surrounding Ryu is fine.
Tekken story has gotn so out of hand that it makes me feel they got lazy and just milking it for what is left, and yes the storyline is boring after T4
Once again nice try. Still leaving out the fact that fighting games then didn't have a cinematic way of telling the story like now. Also to say that his hatred was unwarranted? "Heyhachi" was the reason Orge was unleashed and got his mother killed...... thats pretty fucking warranted. Just stop bro.
Not sure how that’s relevant. Games have always used whatever means they have to tell stories including other fighting games like MK and Street Fighter. Can’t use an excuse like they couldn’t tell a good story when this was the same year FF7, Fallout, Tales of Monkey Island and many other story driven games released. No one needs Tekken to be Shakespeare but saying it couldn’t make a good story in 1997 is bull. Games have been doing it long before then. You’re being intellectually dishonest. In 5 games Jin has never once even implied that he blames Heihachi for his mother’s death. His reasoning has been made clear from the outset. He believes the Mishima bloodline is inherently evil and hates his devil gene believing it makes him inherently evil. This has been stated in the game, by the creators and written in character bios. Your fan fiction reasoning has never once been brought up. And no I’m not stopping anytime soon. You are free to continue watching or not. Up to you. I’ll be here regardless.

It was executed TERRIBLY but there is something behind it
Tekken 3 Jin is definitely a good character, its just the nature of such old games that hides it.
He could have killed Heihachi in the end of Tekken 3 after he transformed but Jin was able to control himself and fly away,as he would do again in Tekken 4.
"Not enough happened to him to hate the Mishimas"
He got shoot in the head by his grandfather who was his father figure at that point and Jin trusted him.
Then this made him turn into a devil and learn he has a whole other personality inside him that wants to take over
Kazuya is 100% a complex character,he is simply at a point where he has been consumed so much that he is devoid of humanity
We see in Tekken 5 that he felt something about his grandfather but the devil in him makes that go away.
He did it for power,he did it many times, falling intentionally further into darkness for more power,he even says "I dont seek salvation" that very much shows there is something there and he is pushing it away
I also heard that In his rage art against Jun he doesn't actually kick her or something, this is huge, she is the only character that makes him do that.
He can never be a good person but there is something more there.
Jun literally said she wants to save him
Really good comment, loved reading it dude
I would like to think that Jin knew of Kazuya way before Tekken 4. He lived with Jun until about 15 years old so it wouldn't make sense for him to not ask about his father by then. In hindsight, it's kinda funny that Jin immediately tries to kill Kazuya when he first meets him, but in context of the game, Jin already hated the devil gene and Devil essentially urged Jin to hate Kazuya during that weird scene in 4 when Jin is unconscious and he's dreaming of those Kazuyas surrounding him. Since Kazuya has the devil gene, he automatically hates him because it's the cause of the Mishima Curse.
t3- great start as a protagonist - and bloodline netflix did him well as a protagonist
t4- great character development - for me since between the kazama or mishima blood he chooses the kazama side gaining him having a moral compass that is suppose to make him DIFFERENT FROM KAZUYA since tekken describe him as Kazuya's Mirror how kazuya should live if he wasnt thrown in the cliff
t5- calm before the shitstorm he is more focus on controlling his own powers he is having nightmares but worst things happen
t6- character assassination - decided to turn him into Kazuya 2.0 and worst of all he loses his moral compass that he gained back in tekken 4 but trying to ended up like it was azazel all along Jin did nothing wrong
t7- literally just a plot device for t8 and literally sleeping, althrough i wish miguel ending is canon so it can reflect Jin's Character depth how he really regrets , mistakes, and wanting to die but miguel encouraging him to take responsibility of his actions that he should only stop the war
t8 - ???? we will see through retcon and character building since t6/t7 mess up his character but t8 is meant to address the t6,t7 to his character
as other said here i think his character is helding back.
fighting games doesn't really have a good story to come out with because they focus more on gameplay
for me its difficult to decide
i mean we see he do have some flaws he make mistakes
especially t6 was his biggest flaws and t8 will try to do their best to regain
so its better to know that t8 what will do to him before we come to the conclusion
Absolutely disagree but its the internet 🤷🏿♂️
@@jkjkjkssb270I understand what happened but there are 0 scenes at all where Jin shows any remorse for killing him or understanding that Jinpachi is actually a really good person. He just kills him and takes power. It’s pretty heartless.
@@rougarabidI mean, he didn't know who Jinpachi was so it understandable he show no remorse and doesn't care, he just did what he asked to do

@@rougarabid 🤣🤣
That moment when you feel like Jin's most interesting portrayal was his introduction (T3) and one of your favorite new video essayist says it's wack
Damn, son my bad 😂. Being a favorite essayist is pretty damn sweet though. I’ll do what I can to earn that position.
@rougarabid insightful content, entertaining delivery, on topics I enjoy...looking good so far.
Really, REALLY liked your thoughts on T8's story mode and how involving more characters would open up other opportunities
Love your Tekken videos Fam!… and Yes Absolutely make a video about God Of War 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Already ahead of you. It released last night. And don’t worry, more Tekken videos are still to come.
Ok my lore mode activated, T3 jins a combo of jun and kaz, as he has her throw and weird spin kick punch combo thing
In T4, he srops most of those moves for 'traditional karate' NOT kazama style, he only gets a few moves calledkazama style combos, while devil jin keeps kazama and mishima style, its weird that jin drops kazama style but oh well
I just had to go on this tangent to let it out
I'm mostly interested in your tekken content but i'd love to see you do other videos like what you were talking about with the old kratos.
@@rougarabid You're right people shouldn't judge things they know nothing about anyway.
And i'll definitely check your channel and new videos
Jin is a mass murderer more than his father, Kazuya. There’s nothing cool about his character that he’s self loathing and loves his mommy waaaayyy too much. 😂
Bro an alien god just decapitates his mom and you want him to act like a normal person?💀
More then kazuya? nah he was tho
Jin is my favorite Tekken character I wasn't a fan of how he was portrayed in Tekken 6
Us Jinbros meeting up with the gymbros with this one 🔥🔥🔥
I find your analysis very interesting (both that about Kazuya and this about Jin).
I hope to hear other Tekken characters related video by you in the future.
You will. Stay tuned.
@@rougarabid thank you very much!
Short answer he acts like he's good but he does not so good shit
that god of war take was goated btw. I wouldn't mind a video on that subject
Working on one as we speak. I got you.
@@rougarabid dope! looking forward to it
Well it’s out, so enjoy.
I mean the guy literally only has one Tekken ending that’s canon and that was T1 while Jin has T3,T4, and T5 now you tell me who pushes the plot forward.
jin
@@daytonaspringer6785 i perfectly know it, Jin's t4 ending starts with Jin having nightmares that devil kazuya causes after laser beaming heihachi..
Kazuya waits for jin and yells "mezemero kazama Jin"..
Jin's ending is continuation of Kazuya's first part.
It's known that kazuya learnt to control devil in T4, so first part of Kazuya's ending is canon until Jin frees himself from chains..
You seem to lack reading comprehension and don't understand what "the first part means"
Learn your lore and understand that Jin debuted as Kazuya's clone, he's inferior in every way to kazuya
@@daytonaspringer6785 also if someone is clapped it is devil Jin in Tekken 8, that chapter 1 shows you reality.. the most one sided mishima fight I've seen
Kazuya could be more complex and interesting character than jin if they didn't make him flat cartoonish evil at the last two games. I think both jin and kazuya is wasted potential
What's the background music here?
Jin is my favorite character in the game but i definitely was looking for his reasoning to wanna kill kazuya in t4. Like why? Bro you don't even know him.
What has irritated me about jin all the way back to when i was a kid playing tekken 3 was his bangs. I can just imagine him every morning spiking up his hair but purposely leaving those bangs. At least kaz and heihachi take a no nonsense approach to their styling, they keep it out of their faces. But jin is like "i hate my daddy and grandpappy so imma keep these bangs to show how edgy and angry i am 😡"
Or orrrrr its to have resemblance to his dead mom 😂😂😂
0:37 this lasted 13 seconds too long😂
Nah man, it was alright man. Let Rouga be himself bro.
Yeah, man. Why you don’t want me to be me, bro 🥺
I love Jin but damn they ruined him in tekken 6 and 7 😢
Kazuya is one of the most badass character in gaming history
I think its the storylines which is keeping non tekken players from joining tekken world cuz it doesn't makes sense at all. Only people who have been a fan since tekken 3 will have interest in the game but for others its just a clown game with good gameplay but poor story.
If in tekken 8 they manage to level up the storyline then it will sell more than 3 and 7
Blame the Tekken 6 writer
You don't know what you saying the way he did its the only way he could destroyed azazel he has to sacrifice in order to save the world..
For me he's okay, a bit too emo at times. I don't like his plot armour at all.
He has had his loses too,he has taken a few beatings
jin already lost to hwoarang lars and kazuya
he had his loses too
@@SoloPlayerP1 i mean....the only legit loss was against kazuya jin was going all out that fight. hworang didnt beat jin clean jin was struglling to control his devil form and hworang took advantage of it but jin transformed into devil jin and defeated hworang..
and jin wasnt trying with lars
Yeah
I called him that because he said the whole "People like us shouldn't exist in this world".
He is not good.
He's well designed
You got everything wrong.
No…Jin really is Kazuya’s son.
😂 bruh
Jin is not a good guy. The guy basically became Hitler in Tekken 6
Overrated indeed
You predicted Jin starting ww3? Simply amazing
Out of pocket, lol
JIN IS boring...since t6.
