  • Every year I say this. Every year there are thousands of complaints from the athletes at Wodapalooza.
And every year it can be shut down by listening to the words of Guido Trinidad.
There are things in life you are not allowed to complain about, and then also want things in other situations.
You want to compete? Here you go. You want the athletes to get paid? done.
This is the way. If you don't like it? Get a clue.

I want an opportunity to get deeper into CF than just working out at an affiliate. I’m not good enough to compete and so I signed up to be a judge. It was exhausting, but I enjoyed every day. The lead judges let me and my colleagues - just regular CrossFitters with L1s and L2s - judge everybody from adaptive to elites. Wonderful experience. Thanks WZA.

There’s not enough money in CF to be too serious. Other hobbies turned pro have 10x the money because people pay for their hobbies (rods/reels/boats, carbon fiber bikes, skis) CrossFiters buy shirts, shorts and shoes.

Good Video dude. I find the adaptive athletes way more impressive than the elites and they get almost no coverage/spectators, It's sad to be honest. Seeing someone deadlift more on one leg than most can with two or as we seen here, bike 150cals with one leg. It is amazing.

I wish CrossFit would give more attention to masters and adaptive.

CrossFit is doing themselves such a disservice with their podcast - it's so good but no one knows about it....WHY!?!

Is it actually good? No offense to the interviewer but those podcasts are usually boring. That’s why no one is watching them. I even fast forwarded them talking in Hiller’s podcast.

We don’t really k ow how many people are listening via Apple or Spotify tho do we - I find podcasts on TH-cam weird at best.

Seems like this can be fixed with some brainstorming and running the numbers. IDKSAF, but in my opinion, I'd pay top dollar to be able to watch the heats I came to watch than risk being shut out with "VIP" access.

7:54 What we all want is to tickle the ears, greasing the wheels of gossip and firing up the wagging tongues for attention, this has never changed, the who's who of the best and the worst of all the people in our towns, citys, country, nation and world and that is what makes the news...that is it dude.

The Elite athletes are the sport of CrossFit. The Masters and the adaptive are the grassroots of CrossFit. I would rather cheer and watch those who are there for the love not the paycheck. Great content my brother from another mother. #CrossFit
