that would be best for the partners inside the US to do but the upmost possible is done to keep these files confidential.

Does the applicant have to prove that it's apparent from their appearance, or otherwise known, that they are LGBTQ+?
Why is Bisexual asylum claims are rarely accepted, Also, can a gay person who claim asylum and have his refugee status marry an opposite gender after a year of obtaining asylum status? If not, why not?
