Going for the ball and not connecting with the ball but with the player is called a 'late tackle' and late tackles have always been fouls. It would help if you were aware of the rules. You're also not allowed to go in with your studs up so it's a penalty on two grounds. What was he meant to do? I don't know, accept he was in a bad position and block it with his body maybe, but steam in studs up, miss the ball and take out a player wouldn't be a good idea in the penalty box.

@@th01m3nn Regardless of where the feet contacted which was studs on top on Kanes big toe you can clearly see! It's about having the studs high and pointed away from the floor that's the main issue. Anywhere else on the pitch it could be a red easily. By the rules of the game that could have also been a red but a yellow seemed fair as it wasn't too bad.

It's not an obvious handball. First touch on his right hand was a bounce straight from a blocked shot a fraction of a second earlier. That's not a handball. Second touch on his left arm came from a bounce off his own body following through that same momentum. That's also not a handball unless intentional. It clearly was not. Neither is a call that should be made.

Saka literally handed the ball before Kane got the ball but ref wanted England to go through. 0 media covering the hand ball as well that’s how you know it’s corrupt. If Dumfries went down crying instead of Kane, The Netherlands would have gotten a free kick. That’s how we know it not a foul.
