That's a nice house for a complete renovation. Love the big living room and separate dining room. The front yard is cute. The basement could be renovated to be a family room with a separate laundry room. The weird, secret, Flowers in the Attic needs to be opened up to reveal missing sqft and whatever else is behind those walls. The garden and chicken coop are a good idea. But, I would dig up the entire backyard out of curiosity first. That house has many secrets.
so many of the houses I grew up with ALL had the stash away table & the ironing board. Back then cotton and linen clothes had to be ironed. Folks went out pressed & creased. No ripped out clothes.
Back in the day that table was used to roll out bread , everyone made bread and often there will be a little room and that was for sewing. Everyone sewed

I totally agree!

That makes sense! I just figured it was a clever dining table lol
Oh man!!! This made me dizzy you need to steady your camera and not go round and round so fast😮
I've got to slow down for sure! Sorry for the motion sickness!
Please bring a flashlight for spaces such as the basement.
I liked that house a lot, but the tour was way too fast and and gave me vertigo. Thanks
Apologies for the vertigo, I owe you some Dramamine.

❤❤❤❤❤
My maternal grandmother's house built in 1946 had a Hidden ironing board in the kitchen.
I love this house! Great curb appeal.
Thanks! Can't wait to see what the new buyer is able to do to the property.
Glued shut? Why?
Reminds me of a Craftsman house.
@@quiltr141 Same era, for sure! They’re calling this a bungalow, with the curved gable roofline in lieu of those beloved craftsman porch columns.
How much is that house for rent omg..I would have a beautiful green grass back yard n cleaned up looking very nice
Thanks for sharing!
House looked adorable. I saw the first ten seconds. 🤮
Slow down! Dizzy with vertigo from the constant camera movement. Slow down!
Sorry! I have been more careful lately thanks to some good feedback.
Money pit.
@@karlah2482 No doubt about that!
I almost puked due to the camera man swinging the camera.
Apologies! We are working on timing and balance. Thank you for the feedback!
You are moving wayyyyyy too fast.
I will slow it down next time! There was just too much house to see!
