Due to the pandemic and all the issues that arise from that, they were late to arrive to Stampin up. They worked really hard to get them out as soon as they got them.

You posted unbox 4 days before mine was even paid for. And shipping will take 7 to 10 days I am very disappointed to be in last shipping group month after month. My kit may not be here in time to use yet others are making alternatives already.

There were issues beyond their control with the global shipping woes from the pandemic. So, they shipped later than normal. Totally out of their hands and they hate it! And unfortunately, once they do leave SU the post office is responsible for the speed of shipping and some of them are just slow. Mine included!

I hate to be another DebbieDowner but I subscribed at the end of December and like others commenting here, I have yet to receive my shipment. My demonstrator got hers last week. If it's like this every month, I won't be renewing my subscription. I totally understand delays due to the pandemic so no need to tell me that. I just wish communication from SU! was a little better and then I wouldn't be so aggravated. My order status says shipped but the tracking number is not valid. So that's a bummer. I sent an inquiry to SU! and have yet to get a response. I used to be a demonstrator and it's a great company. If there are going to be delays, then communication with your customers would be appreciated.

The supply chain issues are wrecking havoc - Ugh! You mentioned that you sent an inquiry. I always have better luck calling them. Hope they are able to assist you when you chat with them. It is a cute kit...
