Is it possible to go a little slower on the videos? I know I could read instructions, but I'm a visual person.

Go to the video settings (it's a little cog wheel that show ups when you scroll over the video image) and select "playback speed" to change to 0.75 or 0.50 to slow it down. You can control your own playback speed on TH-cam.
