Saggitarius A is hardly in our backyard, it's thousands of light years away! The speeded up sequence of stars orbiting Saggitarius A was very interesting and I would like to see a longer and closer view of the same thing. One of the stars was said to be reaching a speed of 10% of the speed of light. Is this the fastest star in the galaxy, or are there faster ones? Would it be possible for such a star to have planets and maybe life?
You're right of course that Sgr A* is vastly distant by any human standard, but I think the comparison being made is to the rest of the universe, which is millions to billions of light years away, compared to the 25,000 light years to the center of the our galaxy.
Do you also have the problem that you would like to subscribe to Curiosity Stream with a promotional code for Nebula so that it only costs $12 a year, but can't do it because you don't have a credit card? How did you solve the problem? I had first thought of a prepaid credit card, but then there are 29€ additional annual fees. It's not worth it to me yet. There is also no simple test phase for the streaming service. It's possible that I won't like it after all.
