I put the HDD in the external enclosure, I can use the HDD. But once I put it in the caddy, it is not recognized at all. But i tried caddy in other laptop it's working.

I have same laptop
But it's ram 2nd slot bas no fixation clips for 2nd ram and there is space for 2nd ram
How to fix 2nd ram ?????
