UPDATE (10/08/24): After the production of this video, wrath of cortex got a texture pack similar to twinsanity. Installing the texture pack is like installing the one for twinsanity, with the only difference being the game ID of course. For Crash Team Nitro Fueled [12:32]: As a lot of you may have heard, the Switch emulators YUZU and Ryujinx have been taken down due to legal disputes with Nintendo. Because of this, Yuzu and Ryujinx are not viable options for emulating CTR: Nitro Fueled anymore. Copies of Yuzu and Ryujinx is still out there on the web, but obviously they won't be updated. And what's worse is that the mods I recommended in my video were deleted from their website aswell for some reason. However I have archived these mods on archive.org (Link below). I plan on making a video about the new ways to play this game on PC. For now, use Sudachi. archive.org/details/ctr-nitro-fueled-essential-mods
Oh, nice! Crash Bandicoot was one of my first ever video games. I 100%ed it long ago, but just for nostalgia I sometimes go back to play it. Still though, the Spyro the Dragon/the legends trilogy remains my favorite games to this day. Thanks for another awesome video! ❤
Do you know how to use the HD textures on the PAL Twinsanity? Pd: The GBA games look way better on VirtualBoy Advance, as it has upscaling...or something similar. Pd2: I was thinking the best CotT is the Wii. Pd3: Actually, all the PS1 games (except Bash) were designed to be played on a 16:9 screen but with NO widescreen cheats to be activated. Pd4: I've heard you can even play the Java games (The Symbian ones) via emulator.
The PS2 version of CNK can also run better if you overclock the EE to 300%, seems to help a lot of games including Spyro Enter the Dragonfly, now running at a solid 60fps. Also, CNK has zero emulation issues on current PCSX2 and HD textures/widescreen mods too. As for CTTR, you can now use a pnach code to unlock the PSP content so it's enabled by default. Titans and Mind Over Mutant aren't much better on the 360, it's just the higher resolution and real widescreen that makes people flock to it. With a widescreen hack for both, 60fps, anti-blur and upscalling, they can look the same on PCSX2. The only difference is that Coco can be the 2nd player in Mind over Mutant while on PS2 and Wii you get milky Crash. For Nitro Fueled, I just wished there was a mod that allowed us to use the PS4/Xbox One assets. The characters with fur look awful on the Switch, even when upscalled and maps are missing environmental details. Otherwise, the game works flawlessly on the latest build of Yuzu, it even loads faster than PS4. So, Duckstation, PCSX2, mGBA, MelonDS, Yuzu... and Steam for the N.Sane Trilogy/Crash 4.
i noticed on the wrath of cortex i HAD to use the stable release of pcsx2. the nightly gave the worst tripple layer ghosting ive ever seen. it made me feel sick to look at lol

Where Do I Get The Bios File For The PS1 Emu?
When i get a laptop i'll try it.
(Btw do these even really work on laptop?)
It depends on how powerful the laptop is and what games you plan on playing. But the PS1 and PS2 games at least should work just fine
@@LonikQ ok becuase that was all i wanted! Thank you Lonik!
