If anyone wondering on fl studio what to use for EQ3, i use OTT and adjust the upwd/dwnd knobs as well as the depth/time knobs. Also the IN GAIN knob is something to tweak too to help balance everything :)
If you want to make the volume thing without automations you can do this. Open fruity balance on the mixer where you have the lead. Open up peak controller and open fruity balance again. Right clicc on the volume knob and select link to controller. Then choose peak controller peak and put it. Now play with the volume knob in the peak controller.

I kinda knew the basics of creating the lead but didn't know how to make it sound perfect The thing that makes it sound really good is EQ Three I guess, but I don't know which plugin would be the FL Studio equivalent for that...
