@@MyDamnToys I don't disagree that after Bret left WWF and retired that Taker and HBK became monsters of WrestleMania - but in his case I don't see winning as a major factor. His losses against Owen and Michaels, and the wins against Austin and Piper are likely 4 of the best 10 Mania matches of the 90s, with Owen and Austin the top two.
Taker didn't have a great Mania match until maybe 17 against HHH and then of course his best two were with HBK much later.
So if I was picking top WM performers from 1 to 26 then Hogan (1 thru 7), Bret (8 thru 13) and HBK (14 thru 26) would have to be in there ahead of Taker regardless of whether they won all of their matches or if Taker was rolling over Giant Gonzalez and Big Boss Man.
If Roman is the guy from 27 to 40 then great to finish off the 4 pack - again Taker was great at 27, 28 and 29 so maybe he gets the pick for his later run.

I recently got Mean Mark and the 2-way Gordy/Executioner figures in the mail and it got me thinking . What do you think of this idea , a 2-way Waylon Mercy/Dan Spivey figure ? That way you could have any combination of Skyscrapers (Sid , Callous and Spivey) plus a killer Waylon figure with cloth goods covering Dan's gear and two different heads .

Thoughts:
ABA Taker is perfectly acceptable for MNW UEs if you ask me, especially if it's from his return in 2000. The long hair American Badass with the jean shirt, trench coat, ready to whoop ass to Kid Rock, IDK, if we can get some late New Gen in the line like Razor Ramon, this isn't too far fetched.
DDP would have to impress me to get as a UE. We already got the jeans look as an Elite so I might jump on that one and set the UE to convert with the jeans Elite?
Rock and D'Lo are meh, the Legends version of D'Lo was fine for a NOD look
Steiner I think might also be the crowdfund look, not just an E105 repaint. The other Nitro figs, sans Hogan, have seen a home in this line, singlet Scott would be my bet.
Gillberg as a BaF makes sense since we got other obscurities like The Disciple and NWO Dusty as BaFs
