i didn't fix the headrests. This was a customer's car that i was tinting, and i needed access to the rear window. its possible there was a blown fuse, but he didn't want to pay me to check it out.
usually most seats have either a button to push to lift up the bottom and slide out and then the back of the seats have bolts on the bottom and the seat slides up (usually). i have not removed the rear seat on this vehicle, but most of the vehicle i have worked on, its done that way.

How do I remove the back seats
