Tere are two videos on TH-cam fr grade 6 patients in one u prefer fut n fue combination n another one ts one playing where u prefer in two parts fue ....wts are the facts which determines which option to go for in grade 6 baldness fut n fue combination or in two parts fue... please reply....as earliest....
Fut fue combo is preferred in patients with limited donor, big area to cover ( depends on scalp area even in same grade baldness), beard donor availability and the patients willingness for fut.
If we feel that 6000 plus grafts can be taken through perfect I.. then we prefer it otherwise combo fut fue
Feasibility of future also depends on scalp laxity, profession (in athletes we prefer perfect I)

why didnt you fill his crown doc?
The surgery looks incomplete and his hair looks really scanty
it has been answered in the video only. we prefer to cover the entire area in 2 separate sessions. Its safer and results are better. His 2nd surgery results will be updated in 6 months time

it is not dangerous but is not the first choice for 2 reasons:
1. The donor doesnt support heavy extraction is a single go.
2. results of 2 smaller surgeries is better than 1 big surgery.
so if it is practically feasible to split the procedure over 6 months then that should be the first choice
