He heard about Eugenix from one of his relatives in India.
When we examined his pictures, we realized why he has been denied by many. With our experience of more than thousands of grade 7 bald cases where we have managed them well with near to complete coverage of the baldness, we took his case up.
We did the procedure over three days. Each day, first the slits were made up to 3000 grafts and then grafts were extracted to fill them. The frontal area received only scalp hair. Up to 500 single follicles were placed on the hairline zone. The mid-scalp and crown received a mixture of beard and scalp hair. He was told about the fact that the best quality grafts with more density would go to the front and then the density will be graded down toward the crown. Also, he was primed about keeping the hair long so that he can get better coverage and he was also advised to dye the hair so that the illusion of more density is achieved.
After one year, after getting a great look change, he approached us for a second sitting to augment the density of the crown. We did that with 1500 grafts, taken from the scalp donor.

For anyone complaining that "there are still gaps":
1. This looks to be a very large man. Even if the proportions of his skull make the top look small, it's still a very large area. The number of grafts required to achieve a certain density is a function of the area.
2. Couple this with a very narrow donor area, and you run into the problem of using beard hair grafts. Remember: graft density and follicular density are two different things. Beard hairs are typically single hair grafts, thus, the number of follicles for a given number of grafts is less when using single follicle grafts. If you assume all the beard hair grafts are single units, you can then apply the proportions usually observed (2.4-2.7) to get the effective number of grafts. That is, the number proportionally distributed single and multi follicle grafts. Eg. If he has 1000 beard grafts that are single units, and the average number of follicles per graft of scalp hair transplantation is assumed to be 2.4, 1000/2.4= 416 is the number of scalp hair grafts that will achieve the same density. So, in actuality, you're getting fewer grafts effectively. I have to say, it's pretty honest of them to point out the number of grafts needed to achieve this not so great result, because, ultimately, that's what the cost is going to be based on.

The size of the head of Terry was very big and the surface area was enormous. In view of the fact of big surface area and the beard grafts have only single hair, the overall density and coverage achieved was satisfactory for Terry.
Look at his donor area, there's only so much you can achieve.

My grade of baldness was 6 and the Derma clinix implanted 4000 graft and I got amazing result this is not that much good result with 8000 grafts

Good result considering the size of his head and the limited donor area. I wonder how the head hair looks darker and more dense in even the non transplanted part? Also how is it that the beard looks darker and denser as well ?

Thank you for your appreciation. The scalp and beard hair look denser than expected are due to the fact that he has done 'DYE' of hair. The black dye has given the illusion of more density. In hair transplant, we try to give cosmetic coverage and try to hide the scalp from seeing. The density achieved would never match the natural 'pre bald' density. Every measure should be taken to create the illusion of high density so that the purpose of hair restoration is fulfilled.

Beard hairs are more difficult to dye than head hair which explains why Terry is showing greyer hairs at the back. He needs two different type of dyes on the transplanted region. I'm sure he'll nail it with a bit of practice

Is not taking finasteride a choice? Especially for unmarried. Can we avoid it?
We do not recommend hair transplant without finasteride.

After how many months, one can see the results
At least after 9 months of your transplantation.
Why is hair's texture so crispy looking?
A lot of beard hair have also been planted in his case. Also, the transplanted hair look curly and frizzy initially sometimes. They eventually settle in with a good texture.
after the surgery everyone is using finasteride I heard that finasteride will give side effects in sex life so is that true? and what if a patient stops using finasteride will all the hair start to lose again? kindly answer Thankyou.
dhanish ahmedh one has to take Finasteride even before or after hair Transplant if the baldness is progressive in nature.

No sir. Finasteride is for the pre existing hair. It prevents your pre existing hair on the temporary zone from disappearing due to baldness. The transplanted hair are permanent. Transplanted hair do not depend on Finasteride.
8000 plus graft but still i see gap
The size and huge surface area of that magnitude needs more grafts for a denser coverage.
We tried to give him optimum results while maintaining donor aesthetics.
Obviously it's not Natural, but they are doing best in word near to Natural.

We have performed FUT in the past. However, with expertise and skill, we can extract a large number of grafts from a donor area without hampering the donor visuals (before and after). Very afraid of injections is local anesthesia painfull I have seen big injections are given in some videos
No sir! not at all. Injection bare given my small insulin needles along with vibrator . Pain is minimal.
Pain is vert small and disappears very quickly.
I've had a HT and also ear pinning. The local anesthetics for the ear pinning were much much more painful. HT ones were barely noticeable.

Average result for so many grafts. Crown still empty

Crown results are not satisfactory
Crown:
A) The single hair of beard doesn’t give the density that we desire.
B) The hair in crown radiate from the centre, so they look lesser.
As we have mentioned in the description, we have placed 1500 more grafts on the crown.
Note: His head size was so big that 8000 grafts were not enough for the surface area!
@Grim Reaper Question is genuine. However, the hair on the crown is also radiating from the center. And most importantly, the beard hair is not always double the thickness of scalp hair (if the scalp hair is thick) and each graft of scalp has nearly 2.5 hair on average and the beard can never match the scalp hair density if there is the same number of grafts compared. There are other factors like the telogen phase of beard hair is longer, that means, the resting phase is longer. That means many of the beard hair won't show up in synchronization on the recipient area. For that reason, beard hair are preferred as second to scalp hair.

It's a realistic representation of results for a Grade VII patient. Especially with a limited donor availability, this is a great result for him.
