We've also got people trying to cross the street before the light even turns yellow, one gal walked out at my left and I had to swerve to avoid her, and then moments later, a homeless man on a bike ran a crosswalk sign in heavy midday traffic because he just didn't want to wait 2 more minutes. I swear there's something in the water or air making people dumber in this state.
