Oh wow!! You guys are so lucky to get to see the fresh dates farm and get to eat them fresh off the tree like that. We don’t have a date farm like that in the USA. I missed Cambodia so much. I used to pick those date fruits during the war in 1975. They grow in the wild. Thank you for sharing Seyha. May god bless you and your family. 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Date is very healthy! It's Mediterran fruit, and I am glad to see it in Srok Khmer. I eat 4 dried dates and 8 bitter apricot seeds a day. This combination is better than any medicine at pharmacy, and it's great for skin and it's known to prevent and cured cancers. The dried dates can last for a very long time... eat more dates... 😃

Now that we have a healthy date in Srok Khmer, we should grow another Mediterran and Italy stable olive as well. Olive is another very healthy fruit. I can eat pickled olive and dried date all day. It's not only very delicious, it's very healthy fruits. I hope that Khmers are growing these healthy fruits everywhere... 😃
