Edith I Would suggest lemon zest and not the juice. That has more Vit C than the juice. Lukewarm water, half lemon, blend it in a mixer, add honey and drink in empty stomach. By the way did you know which one is the best and the richest fruit with the highest Vit C...yes right Gooseburry....try that 1 or 2 a day1🌝 good luck to you!
