This is a lecture addressing fundamentals of wind loads on structures and buildings. In this lecture we'll talk about the fundamentals of wind loads including aerodynamic effects, atmospheric effects, and how these concepts are handled to develop baseline velocity pressures that are used later to determine design pressures and forces on structures for the main wind force resisting systems or for components and cladding.
