You can freeze the tomato water for soups, to cook tour rice or beans, add fruit and sugars for good tasting healthier drinks. I have frozen in ice trays and put cubes in ziplock baggies in freezer so it takes up leas space. Also frozen in dollar store small bowl and top sets and taken out put in gallon freezer bags to be able to save space. Or just freeze in ziplock bags completely sealed and laying flat to save space. Works in beef, pot roast, rice, spaghetti, fruit and veggie juices, goat, lamb, fish.

I made this a few years ago and used the water for tomato soup, spaghetti sauce and gravy. It was fantastic 😊. Plus it's very nice just as a wee drink.

I was looking for a recipe where the tomatoes were first frozen and then as they defrosted, the extra water was poured off (to save as juice) and then the skins just fell off.
Well, I found yours! Wonderful! It’s like making cheese. I think that I will combine methods. The one I was looking for was for canning, but if there is freezer space and reliable electricity, yours is an excellent method. Hanging could work to drain the extra water, too.
Idea, after filling bags and closing, lie bag down and score into smaller portions with a chop stick, back of knife, etc. or freeze in ice cube trays and pop into a freezer bag after completely frozen for smaller portions.
    Thank you!

Due to wars, hostile weather and lack of equitable distribution of food, the people of the world are facing severe food shortages.
Due to continuous rise in commodity prices, food items have gone beyond people's purchasing power.
Vegetable prices are low during vegetable season. By following this video of yours, people can save vegetables and eat them throughout the year at a very low cost. This is my belief.
