It really is SUCH a missed opportunity to not have basic attack items work on him. They should've considered having basic attack item effects reduced by like 25-50%. That way he can still have a fun basic attack build, but it won't be absolutely broken.
Yeah, like happened to Jorm. They at least should give to snake and whale other non-starter items to use with the arrow to boost their AAs power more. Using rings is useless because their passive won't work.

Both prots are cap so he does stupid damage. Had a 50k damage game with this build
I feel like Hi-Rez just saw Mystical Mail and was like “what if we made a character based of that”
Solo was actually his intended role, and so far he just kinda dipshits at you level 2/3 and kills you if you try to fight him
The fact you were top damage shows just how much glue your teammates eat.
16:36 This God's fighting style is he gets close to you before releasing a large amount of damage all over you. You definitely want to build up damage for as long as you can before you burst on them.

I recommend sundering axe, then all protections, with glyph amulet

Played Bake in Assault last night. Rough time. Im trying to play with the passive, zerkers, shoguns, energy talisman.... it just doesnt seem to be good in the slightest. I like the concept but i think its just under powered for anything but supp.

I built him full tank no attack speed items except for shoguns and had like 4 games in a row 30k damage 60k mitigated. He's actually busted for a "tank"

The defense shard is great in mid cause it also boosts your auto attack damage and let’s you dive minion waves easier
The defense shard that procs on auto attacks? Cause he won’t be able to use that since he can’t proc things off of auto attacks
@@BamaMophi no his auto attack scales 30% off your defense so when you gain 20 of each protection from that shard you also gain 30% of that as auto attack damage
@@LosFloresLunaresNo they are right. Bake cannot use carapace shard to gain prots, because in order to use the effect you need to basic attack an enemy, and Bake cannot proc item effects with his basics.

Well yeah, it’s the basic attack stat itself
The same way it works on Jorm, it buffs your auto attack damage stat, it's not a proc item.
Yeah, it's an item created also for boosting gods with strong special AAs with no or lesser secondary passive item procs, like Jorm Bake Iza.

Its safe to say this God is a complete flop in it's current state. There is virtually no itemization strategy other than packing as much protections on as possible. Prophetic+Thebes are a must if you want to get any real damage out.. what an assbackwards sentence. After those two you can try and get some item passives going to mix up the build but the selection is just so limited.
I literally never build those items and I'm constantly pushing more than 25k in total damage, I did a game with 36k the other day. Nothing but defense items and autos hitting for 145 each hit. Not including power buff you can buy towards end game. Nothing item procs with his auto so all those are useless. Also get speed buff and your like glue to them 😂 along with speed relic.
How come you didn't go energy talisman instead of pestilence, other than the obvious anti heal
Pestilence has like 70 protections and the characters Aa power scales off protections for some reason

I really dislike that the "something is happening musik" wich was used to last 1min max. Now goes on for like 5min in some videos, that is so anoying.
The soundtrack started at 18:14 and stops at 20:42 and you had another track one minute prior to this.
I lose all intrest in whatching the video when I hear the sound for that long...
