Mum died when I was 13 and it's dad who helped me cope with her absence, he was told that he can't raise a teenager but he proved them wrong, my grandma and aunties tried hard to convince me to go stay with them but I just couldn't leave dad alone, he died last year and it hurts so bad he was the best listener, my best friend and he did everything to make me feel safe he would sit on my bed till I fell asleep juu I was scared of the dark and sleeping alone,
My dad was my hero and even though he made mistakes that affected me I can't ignore how loving he was, he is still missed and I can't help it.....

We are raising our 9 yr old son with alot of emotional presence. He can talk to both of us about everything.
