The key to mental health is choosing how we react to every situation, good or bad. Remain neutral, process what happened, and learn from the experience. Move on and be grateful for the moments.

Incorrect. The best tools to deal with psychological stress is your upbringing. Your character. Unfortunately most of these so-called males, are nothing but a man-child. Especially mm. They are weak they are soft they are sissified. You go back to the 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s. That's when top shelf Racers were tough in all forms of Motorsport. The modern racer is a pathetic example of so-called toughness. 🤢🤮
