This is my guide and walkthrough for Ninja Gaiden Sigma's "Eternal Legend" mission played on Master Ninja difficulty. Please note that this is the Vita version of Sigma from the Ninja Gaiden Master Collection.
ETERNAL LEGEND NOTES
Eternal Legend is a progressively difficult series of gauntlets spanning five phases, or parts. To unlock Master Ninja difficulty, you will have to complete Normal, Hard, and Very Hard. To the uninitiated, even Normal difficulty can be unforgiving. As the difficulties progress, the game gets increasingly harder: you receive more damage, enemies take more damage, enemies get harder moves, and the amount of items you can carry decreases.
I usually don't like commentaries, but this commentary is gold.

That was a really nice video. The whole series is a great watch for all Ninja Gaiden fans. I recently beated this and took me 3 days in 2 to 3 hours sessions each day. Yeah, that Dinamo fight was a pain. I didn't knew the enhancements to get more money, that could have made things easier for me. Funny enough, the Dabilahro technique with UTs you applied against the soldiers I applied it, against the Shadow demons, Dino demons and Scythe demons instead of the explosive arrows, which are effective and safe, but slow imo. And yeah, those Cat demons are a pain, when they attack in 2 or more. Finally, also in my opinion, phase 5 is the easier as you only fight a few Berserkers, not at the same time if you are quick, and then Ishtaros and Nicaee (should I count the bats?). Also, one thing I found curious, you describe that atractor beam as hard to dodge, but for me, using the True DS and a Flying Swallow, literally timing it to the moment the atractor beam finishes, was a free hit for me. All in all, I love to see how people do things differently than I did, and your videos series is great.
Thanks for the feedback. The Nichae fight is a noob strategy for sure. But I've always found it fairly effective to wall jump with the Dark Dragon Blade and then Ninpo cancel to avoid a grab. I'm not terribly great on Nichae, but I hope my demonstration can help folks who are newer to the series than I and other folks. And even then, I don't really know what makes Nichae tick, so to speak.
Also I wanted to mention that when I said Ryu has a different roll in Sigma than in Black, it's just the backwards roll that was changed from Black to Sigma. I really hate how they changed it. It really bothers me.

I did a no damage PAIN run a couple of years ago. It's in the playlists. There's also a noob run I did a decade ago when the game released on PS3 as well as a NUR+ run in 2014 I think it was. You have three stages of my competency to choose from. I hope they help.
