Its because it is less density material and would not be able to resist the pressure of water where water table is high

1. Plaster செய்யாத வீட்டின் சுவரில் மழைக் காலங்களில் ஈரப்பதம் உள்ளே வராதா?
2. சென்னை போன்ற ஊர்களில் கடற்கரை அருகில் இது போன்ற porotherm கற்களை plaster இன்றி கட்டினால் உப்புக் காற்றால் அரிப்பு ஏற்படுமா?

1.proper water proof coating should be done for these type of exposed buildings which is applicable for any materials.
2.skilled trained labours of this particular material is advisable to avoid improper joints between blocks which makes the wall water resistant.
3.As I already mentioned in the video that this material is not suitable in coastal areas , base slabs,foundation,high ground water table areas .
