Great job! 👍Covering all the aspects of the Xlite V3 eS. The scroll feels also awkward for me at the beginning. But meanwhile I get used to it. I kind like it now. But I am also a hard scroll wheel presser. 😅
It's great you're getting to grips with it Oli, I'm sure if I spent enough time with it I would adjust too, but it doesnt feel very optimal to me (wrt it being an esports mouse).

Great and chill review as always. I've always used ambi mice and wanted to buy an ergo for the first time for christmas, I'm still deciding but this looks pretty good tho I have a feeling I'm gonna hate that scroll wheel too

The normal xlite v3 might actually be the better option, although I'm an EC1 main personally.

@Matt-pn7cq A medium would probably be a good fit for you then. Have you looked into the AX (taller and more bulbous - hand filling), EC2 (slim and sleek - room to move it around inside your grip) or the NP-01S (not really an ergo but worth a look, super slim and fun to aim with - prob my 2nd fave mouse right now).

Mouse looks great 🔥 Seems like I would personally like a scroll wheel like this but I’m not a fan of optical switches in some cases. Heavy switches are something I cannot get over. Might hold out for the smaller version to release. Awesome review 🪵🫡

I think ergo mouse of 2023 is definitely the Vaxee AX, if you’re looking for a ergo you can easily claw or fingertip you should watch reviews on that one, see if it’s for you
Bro, thanks for the review, it was really interesting to see the differences between the eS version and the regular version, and imagine my surprise when it turned out that the regular version would be much better for the average player!🤣 I'm waiting for the mini version to come out, I hope you'll do a review on it (if it's not too expensive, because it's already clear what kind of mouse it will be, only the size is different)

5:03 could be an interference issue or perhaps just the battery saving when you don't move it for a while. I know the gwolves HSK battery saving is quite aggressive and it lags for a sec when you move it after not moving it for a (surprisingly short) while
i dont remember the details and honestly i dont have the technical expertise to explain it properly, but i think its something about the wireless bands used; its an issue with brands like gwolves as well. basically they all try to communicate over the same range or something and start acting a bit up

I appreciate the comparison between the v2 and v3. Although there seem to be slight shape difference between the non Es and regular V3 it might be my endgame mouse coming from DAv3. The right hump on the DAv3 feels lacking IMO. I initially thought that the aluminum scroll wheel didn't seem like a very good idea and that seems to be the case. Good review.
Hey Tritone! I may end up getting an Xlite v3 (standard) for the large size, but we'll see about that one. The DAV3 is quite a big mouse isn't it , I wonder if the EC1-CW may be a good option for you too? Although it's heavier, the right hand side of the mouse is a really nice size. EC1-CW is my next review 😁
@@LogPileGaming I have 19x10.5 cm hands, relaxed claw grip with ample space all-around on the DAv3. I have tried the EC1 shape, and it feels great for "regular" palm grip non--gaming use; but I feel it lacks the "finger only" fine control I need for FPS. The DAV3 on the other hand, feels fine for both tasks but feels like a "jack of all trades, master of none"

what sens are you using? it looks low af xd 😂 I’m debating waiting for the mini version. the ec2 I think divinia series is a bit smaller than the current range of ec2 and fit my hands so perfectly.
Hey 👋 I've got 2 diff sensitivities in this video I think, 1 of them is my slow sens at 51cm, the other I just switched to 22cm 🤣 The xlite v3 eS medium is a bit wider than the EC2-CW, so bear that in mind, maybe check eloshapes for the mini to see if its the same deal there too

what are your thoughts on the ninjutso sora 4k? should i get it instead of the deathadder v3 pro (if i find them at the same price range) and does it have any flaws that should be mentioned?
Hey! i have a sora but i havent played with it yet!
it is impossible for me to answer your question unfortunately - as it depends on your preferences (which only you know).
The sora is very small when compared to the DAV3, though, so consider your hand size, the type of grip you want to use, and the level of dynamism you want to have in your grip.
@@LogPileGaming i get where you're coming from, that's fine, if you do play with it and find it quite good let me know (i should mention, the mouse i am talking about is the "ninjutso sora 4K" not the "ninjutso sora" which is the original version)
and about the preferences talk, i claw grip and the mouse just looked like the shape for me, plus i have never had some actual good mouse except for like a 5 dollar "RGB gaming" mouse type of thing, which implies that i don't really know what my perferences are, however i feel like i would adjust to the actual mouse in question im going to purchase, which is why i need help to pick out what mouse i would buy, tell me what you think

My good buddy is a sora 4k main, as far as i can tell, the main diff between the 4k and the normal sora is the polling rate. So the shape etc will be the same.

for my prefrences i think i claw grip with my palm touching the butt of the mouse (keep in mind that i use a very cheap mouse with a terrible shape, specifically the "Empire Gaming Hellhounds model OE-MO-807", so i do not know if i should base my prefrences on using that piece of junk)

correct me if im wrong but to my understanding the sora 4K has better structure and build quality, and way better switches, and a better coating, and is a tiny bit (i think 4 grams) heavier
i just used a ruler on my hand lol and i think it is 11cm from the thumb joint to the other side, and 19cm from the middle finger-tip to the beginning of my wrist so 11cmx19cm, are those big? are those small? are those even realistic measurements to have? because i might have got it all wrong, let me know lol

I'm in doubt between it and the G Pro X Superlight 2, do you recommend which one? I use a claw grip, hand 19 cm
@ianzinfps1 I am bias towards non symmetrical mice, and I've never enjoyed the GPX personally, So my answer would always be go for the Xlite v3,
BUT
Have you considered the Vaxee AX or NP01? those are 2 great options for claw too, depending on the hump you want,

Which to choose between Pulsar V3 and Vaxee Outset ?
I play with my Vaxee AX alot, a haven't touched my Xlite v3 eS since the review 🫣 (mostly cos of the scroll wheel)
Do you have a preference between the Zowie shape and V3 ES?
In the medium size, I think the Xlite v3 may actually be a little more comfortable for bigger hands - it feels a touch wider.
I definitely prefer the EC1 to the v3 medium, but I don't have a large v3 for a fair comparison.
I may pick up a standard edition v3 large at some point but I'm in no rush for that. I'm genuinely very happy with the EC1 right now.
Why didn't you get the standard version? It's 10g lighter and has a rubber scroll wheel

I prefer the width of the Xlite v3 to the EC2-CW, I dont see many people mentioning this but the xlite v3 medium is definitely a touch wider (which works well for me with my big hands).
For me though, in every other area, the Zowie is better.
I am an EC1 main, so the size matters for me 🫡

rapha (the arguably best quake duel player) actually stacks two mousepads on top of each other when playing. He explained it in a podcast with ddk, he does this because sometimes the desks at lans are uneven so two pads feels better in this case.

That will depend on the location you buy from, it's about 120 GBP for me.

I will try another symm mice first (the lamzu maya, it will match perfectly in red with the wraith control japan ed) but i also want an ergo (will purchase it a few month later but it's hard to choose with so many great choice).

For once your are lucky in the UK, the price of every EC-CW are insane on amazon uk :D.
The review was great and yeah that aluminium scroll wheel is a weird choice from pulsar. Idk if that oled screen is a great idea, it look really gimmick and add weight / cost more, you just have to configure your mice settings just once with the guide and you are good to go. And for that price it's a shame you also got a wireless issue... but at least the 4K dongle included is a great thing for that price.
Without that aluminium scroll wheel and oled screen it would surely have cost less but it would have competed with the regular Xlite v3 and actually the eS is at the same price as the Vaxee outset AX so i understand the price choice, but it's not for me, i will look at other ergos like the Thorn.

Scroll wheel works without a problem for me on my Xlite v3 ES.
It is really just a personal preference thing. The scroll wheel works fine, i just prefer rubber scroll wheels
