As an Australian im so excited for him. Early this year I saw Adelaide United play Melbourne City (what a game btw). I was really disappointed he didn’t play and I hoped to eventually go see him play but now he’s off to Europe😅
i'm so exicted for him to become Sarpreet Singh 2.0
@alexandrescu2000 Someone’s jealous

We are facing you.🇧🇩
Go Australia I’m Australian
hope he gets the game time he deserves and isn’t stuck in a cycle of loans
The Bayern squad is incredibly thin so I could see him getting some cup games (in future seasons) and games off the bench. Getting into the squad if one of the other wingers got injured.
if he performs he sure will get game time in Bayern
He will probably start to play for their second team which plays in the German 3rd division. A division that is extremely competitive, attractive and the only German division that has 20 teams in it. Tel and Davies also started here and manages to get into the first team without ever being loaned out.
Plus, the 2nd team already produced and still produces some massive wonderkids, like Paul Wanner or Thomas Müller
@@jayer. Bayern II is in the 4th division
@@jayer. Paul wanner is a flop
Irankunda means "God loves me" in Kirundi, His parents are Burundian refugees, good to see the kid join Bayern! God loves him indeed

This is massive for Aussie football, will more and more young Aussies playing in Europe kuol at Newcastle, tillio at Celtic, mabil at Cadiz, suottar at Leicester and now this, a new golden generation is coming
These are just few but there has been even more export of aussies to Europe like Connor metcalfe, Riley mcgree etc
I knew of Harry Souttar in FIFA 21 😅, i used him in a career mode in FIFA 23 and he is a BALLER
Bol aswell. He looks the best of the lot
@@iceeeuuuu I’m not familiar with bol can you tell me who he is, does he play In the a league or in Europe. If your talking about kuol then I know who he is but I’m not familiar with a bol
Why is the aussie black
Burundi to the world..As a Ugandan Iam happy to see talent from our neighborhood succeed on international level
As an Australian I'm so excited. We've struggled to produce real stars in Europe since Cahill and I have really high hopes for this kid. Hopefully he doesn't get loaned out after 1 appearance
We are facing you. 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
Citizen by birth but his original from Tanzania 🇹🇿
@@GodfreyNgoti Who cares? 98% of the australiens are immigrants. And now they all australians.
Cahill, Kewell, Schwarzer, Viduka, Bosnich, Bresciano, Lucas Neill and Matt Ryan have been our greatest players so far in terms of european players
@@SpiritStoneWarrior94-yx3gs non can compare to Cahill. Absolute everton and Aussie legend
I'm so stoked as an Australian. Not just for him, but for the future of Australian football. We've got a cheeky little generation cooking, with Nes, Garang, Robertson, Volpato, Circati, Bos, Gauci, Pavlešić, to name a few. Super hyped to see what will happen

Australia have been on the up and up since reaching the last 16 in the last world cup and this could be a huge move for Australian representation in football. Hoping it goes well for him!
As a Bayern fan I’m exited to have him!!!
Excited*
I mean for Bayern buying someone for 3 mil is the safest gamble ever, even if he flops after training with them for a year he would be worth at least 5 mil
Burundian as he's name means God loves him
Chill bro , he is from Tanzania.
He is tanzanian
The name though! It's only found in Kirundi and Kinyarwanda!
i thought he was burundian too then i went on google to watch his biography
@@dawayamoto2041
His not Tanzania his Burundian he happened to be born in Tanzanian refugee camp which I was born in as well. I’m no tanzania and I was born in the same place as him.. Burundi 🇧🇮 all the way
im happy that he was coached by aussie coaches, if you look at all of australias big players, kewell mooy ect, all were raised in the uk. only tim cahill is australian raised and coached by aussies, and I hope there is more like cahill and irakunda. also If u have been watching a league recently aswell u will see david arzani coming back to life, hw was good in the 2018 wc but been a shadow since then. this is his comeback season
Jason Cummings was pretty amazing ngl, 6-1 in the final! (I go for the CCM, amazing game)
In the a league every comes to life as it’s a low class league.
So nice to see an Aussie cooking in football. Been a while
Aussie ardilles has retired yrs ago , he use to play for Tottenham

That's why bayern is biggest club in the world ❤❤

Bayern knows how to invest money. Not like other Germany Football Club. Keep selling their players
You okay lad? It’s not like Dortmund historically have signed Bellingham and sold him for like 100m
Actually most young players that moved to Bayern in recent years didn't make it. Neither did their academy players. Bayern really struggled with their youth scouting, integration into the first team and player management
@@maskedkitsune9774 Then, where did the 100m from the sale of Bellingham go? Fullkrug? Sabitzer? Nmecha? They should change the defender. Kobel conceded 4 goals against Bayern 🤣
@@Mana_SARIKATAMALAY okay it’s time I school you. Dortmund have one of the best academies in the world for football. Dortmund are a team that have averaged one of the biggest profit margin for buying/selling. They are also known for having some of the world’s best scouts. How do you think they found Jude before anyone else did at Birmingham or knew to get ahead of every else. Bayern splashed for mane to see how much a flop that was. You also forgetting names like Hummels, Reus, lewandowski and more. Players they brought and sold for massive margins. You really don’t know what you’re talking about. Next part have you not taken a single look at Bayern Leverkusen this season boniface great example. You just don’t know what you are talking about. Yes Bayern do great business 60/100 times just you over hype it and evidently make it sound like only Bayern know how to spend money correct.
@@maskedkitsune9774that doesn’t answer his question lmao. you didn’t school him, u lectured him on something that had nothing to do w his question. yes dortmund are 9th in transfer profits which goes to show ur right abt their quality scouts, but that €100m off jude did go to waste this year, as opposed to other years where they’d invest in younger hidden gems, that was what he meant and i sort of agree. maybe they’re cooking tho. and they both do great business, bayern invests into the future, bvb invests to make a profit… that’s the difference
As a adelaide fan I hate to see him go but he's a top talent and deserves this move
What I'm annoyed about is whenever Adelaide would play against central coast mariners, they would put one player on him. And time after time, this guy would shut him down cleanly and effectively. He hasn't got a big move which feels like a robbery
Nice, good for him, the bench seats look comfy there
Germany is truly happy to got him in the league now. I believe in his potential. his athletic talent is like young sadio mane. he's ready to overpower every defender.
Hopefully he doesn't get the Garang Kuol treatment, moves to a big European club only to be sent on loan again and again. I understand he's got to find his footing in Europe but we need to give the bloke a chance, GIVE THEM A CHANCE NEWCASTLE AND BAYERN🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
They can’t just throw young talented players on the pitch and hoe for the best. They have to loan them to get them game time, that doesn’t mean they won’t get a chance 🤣 kuol is 19, he needs time to get his confidence and footing before getting regular game time in the prem. If they are t getting regular game time, loans are the smartest move.
@@calebmorice5242 you making it sound like I'm dumb so let me clarify what *I* mean by *Loan*, I mean by that they bounce from club to club because they either struggle to find form or worse of all the club makes money from the constant loan bouncing and therefore the player becomes nothing but a Loan player, no development and no career
@@KNIFEYSPOONY02 he’s 19 and was bought in January like 300k 🤣 of course he isn’t going to be playing regular football in the prem right now 💀 he needs to develop before that happens. He has potential sure, but it was common knowledge he would go out on loan for the last half of the season and all of this season at least.
@@KNIFEYSPOONY02 which is why he was loaned to a better league this season. They want to see him take a step up this year and prove he deserves game time in the prem. If he has a good year, there’s no doubt he can get time. Ur making it seem like a bad thing when it’s literally the best thing for him
@@calebmorice5242 I just don't want to see our young talent not succeed, I have high hopes and our run the 2022 WC was amazing. Just hope we continue the form and improve on our squad with these newbies
We don't have quality players because the price to play is an absolute robbery it's now 500 for a Saturday soccer season
this boy has the potential to be star i won’t be shocked if in a couple years he’ll be the playing at the top top top level
I watched some of his international games for Australia and he is sensational
As an Australian I see this as a massive win and this will pave the way for more Australian football players
As Bayern Fan i hope the coach will let him play early i know he will make big waves in Germany 🙌
First thing Bayern paid 25m for Tel and those two are not comparable. Bayern bought Irankunda for their U23 squad in 4th division of German football while Tel was bought from Rennes after already playing top5 league football as rotation player for the first team. Don’t expect Irankunda to play Bundesliga any time soon.
I’m not suggesting they’re on the same level. I’m merely stating that the investment of Irankunda is a unique deal for Bayern. The last two U-18 players they purchased were Tel and Davies. It remains to be seen what they have in plan for Irankunda when he joins in 2024, but I am full of optimism. He’s a special talent
@@DMac__ what about Sarpreet Singh? that didn't work out
@@reggielewis4096 who is that?
Mark my words In 2 years he and Tel gonna take over.
Adelaide fans like me will miss him..
(I’m still happy for him too)
Sorry, saying that Bayern do not regularly spend money on foreign talent is not correct. For Davies, Musiala and Tel it turned out brilliantly. But there's also a number of youngsters who do not make the cut at their elite level (but will have fine enough careers) like Zirkzee, Arrey--Mbi, Chris Richards or, from your part of the world, New Zealands Sarpreet Singh. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Irankunda joins the former group, but if during his tenure at Bayern he turns out to "only" become a capable squad player for a team in Holland or a 2nd BL team (Singh is currently at Hansa Rostock), that's still highly respectable..
I didn’t say they don’t spent money on foreign talent…listen to it back again “U-18 foreign talent”. They rarely invest on players that are yet to reach adulthood. Only when they are fully confident in the players abilities as seen previously in Mathys Tel and Alphonso Davies
I was just saying to a friend the other week i can't think of a single aussie in the last 10 years that has gone and signed for a big top club. Sure we have had moves to premier league and other leauges but they have been to teams that are usually mid table to bottom. This is a breath of fresh air
As a huge fan of Davies and Tel and as a Bayern fan, I an excited about this
Bayern scouters really have some validation ,beautiful transfers these years
He’s a great footballer and it’s good hes playing in Bayern Munich.
Imagine that partnership on the left him and Davies gonna be exciting to see iran irankunda grow into the role
Bayern and wise investing...nah,this can't be real 😂
Seems like last 10 years you were sleeping
Genuinely one of the best ball strikers in the world already
Some young talent from the oceana side going to bayern, where have I seen this before🤔
GOD Bless us all Amen ❤
As a Australian I am so proud this transfer happened and this kid might win a champions league when he is 20 I think
All the bloody wonder kids I've heard about over the years. Where are they now?
PR move for the Aussie-market🎉
haha it seems that I can be a football scout too, it was too obvious that Irakunda would be the next wonderkid in a top club
How exciting! Can’t wait to watch this kid play in Europe.
3 million is 'not forking' out for Bayern.
I wish him all the best.
Bayern’s scouting ppl are the best 🔥
That's I love Bayern more. They don't spend much everytime. They don't buy legend they create legend.
Never forget the hype behind Daniel Arzani. Our only light in the 2018 World Cup, now an obscure journeyman player.
1 time, I was walking around at school, and I see a dude who looked kind of like Vinicius jr. My friends and I waved and said “hi Vinicius”. He looked at us and out thumbs up. This guy was irankunda. When I found out I was so mad at myself. Now he’s moving to Bayern and I’ll never see him again 😭
What?😭
Where you from
Adelaide
to have such a catalog of bangers at 17 yo is crazy. it's almost bizarre
Hope to see oceania be represented more in the international games, here we go!
give him 2 years and he‘ll tear the bundesliga apart
My first signing on every single EFC career mode, no matter what team
Now will be wasted at the very end of the bench for Bayern. Horrible move for his career. Wish he went to a club where he can at least be a rotation player
i watched melbourne victory play against him and he got a red card 💀
Wow didn't expect bayern would take the risk but the risk sometimes worth it just like barcelona with messi
Looking good in the A league is one thing. Playing for one of the biggest and most successful clubs in the world is a different story. I hope he does well but unfortunately we have seen what happens to special talents when they get hyped up too much.

Seems a great prospect from Irankunda 🔥
Let's just hope he stays grounded and continues to train hard
It's a good thing for Asian Football as well if a player plays at the highest level (Australia comes under Asian Football Confederation)
he has some of the best ball striking ability i’ve ever seen
This is the best ep I’ve seen in a minute, a fucking OG CLASSSIC 🙌🏿 congrats on the o2 boys
this kid is 'special'
The first time I saw him in the Coopers stadium was special ⚡️
This is so crazy, I just started a career as 1860 Munich on FM24 and signed this kid up and he was 5* in the second season at 18 😂 crazy I’d never heard his name before but he’s going to Munich anyway!
As long as he makes his decision to play or not play for his home country TZ we are together with him😌😌
I’m so excited for him 😊😊😊
He's overpowered on EA FC with 83, potential
I have never been to a football stadium. I love football ❤
Only really mooy and rogic since the golden gen have been the same quality but lacked the physicality to really goto the top
This boy Nestory has great potential
Australia won the cricket world cup again
He is binational Irankunda because he's also a Burundian, we are proud of Nestor Irankunda.wish all the best
His name is " next story of Australian football"
Very talented kid.
He will be insane i just hope the media doesn’t put to much presure on him❤😅
As a Bayern fan I can confirm that we may not invest a lot into young players but the money we do invest is probally the best investments in world football excluding Dortmund benefica ajax clubs like that
Kenny goated for this😂😂
I‘m missing the Germany kit in the background of your room 😩😩😅
My left leg by itself could score screamers in the A league

Give Australia at least one more world cup for the men’s side to flourish they have him & the Kuol brothers watch they will be like Germany or England with this talent they are producing. Sam Kerr is an example.
Protect this kid!
HAVE I BEEN LIVING UNDER A ROCK?! DAMN, this kid is GOOD!!! With Irankunda, Australia can start performing better. Still, they managed to put up a fight against Argentina in the World Cup. I CAN'T WAIT!!
Just got a pic w him after the match vs Melbourne city he’s insane for his age
Bro has 98 pace in EA FC, respect
Since I’m from Adelaide I wish he would stay
my teacher used to teach him and she said that he likes going outside when he was younger
Those Who follow Menzo know how good thi guy is
As an Adelaide United fan this kinda hurts but it really makes me excited for potentially a new era for Australia football and maybe the generation of 2006 will be repeated.
Go you ripper do it for the Aussies 👏👍
got to watch him in person at the Adelaide vs northcote city in the ffa cup. he looked rapid
I've loved watching him play
Definatley a top class player for the future 👌
That’s the Sam Kerr celebration 😂
Me seeing so many new talents getting into Bayern: oooh, you know what? They might be real good and win trophies!
Me after I realized that Kane joined: f*ck, nvm
Freak he will be world

like with most aussies with potential and talent I'll wait to see what actually happens, seen too many hyped up young players go over and they just end up coming bak to australia
Mathys Tel got to 99 on fifa 23 pure class
Burundi to the world.
Sarpreet Singh was another Oceania prospect that went to Bayern Munich, however he didn’t live up to his potential because he got stuck in the loan cycle. Players from non-European nations aren’t considered credible in the biggest clubs and they’re relegated to the reserves or loan deals. These big moves end up ruining the careers of impactful players.
It worked out for davies a canadian..so irankunda has a chance
@@nicholasgakuu5223 Davies is only one success story out of hundreds, even thousands of prospects. And even the position he plays is a defensive position to begin with there’s a lack of defensive prospects in general, and you’ll find more midfielders and strikers at a younger age
Probably will get started at bayern München II in 3.Liga
He is playing for the second team. And is alr cooking
