- A very early start finds me back at Panguitch Lake in mid July trying to get some action in before the afternoon storms run me off. Messed around in deeper water and found some Cutthroats, moved to around fifteen feet of water and switched to a more shallow running jerk bait in a rainbow trout pattern and did very well on the Cuts and Bows. Still looking for that 30 inch Tiger...

Nice big rainbow.
Been a couple years since I’ve fished Panguitch. Caught some really nice rainbows and I think my Grandson’s largest rainbow to date. Nice place to fish.

Next month I will be visiting the lake hope I have luck I live in Saint George
Can't let weather stop a great day of fishing. I've been on that lake in May with horizontal snow. Every time I've been there after May, early June, the moss was so bad you couldn't troll. Looks like it's not that bad this year. Great catch.

@@precipiceofgrind Can't wait to watch. I've been out of commission for a minute with a back injury, but no. Unfortunately, many of the launch ramps are closed due to low water levels. The river is our closest option right now. Hope to be at Willow Beach end of this month.
@@grubnstuff5928 Hope you heal up quickly, back injuries suck!! I think the Echo Bay ramp is still open, at least it says it is on the park service website??? Hope you do well at Willow, I plan to give it shot later this year.
