To me it looks the other way around. The released version looks color graded to me.
I actually don’t like it. The demo is much more real world accurate. Whereas the released feels like a movie. Sorta diminishes the immersion for me.
Reminds me of the classic Grand Turismo vs Forza Motorsports graphics debate. One goes for real world look. The other goes for this artificial through the lens of a camera look. Realism is the clear correct decision in my opinion

Really wished they kept the ability to throw your staff. I also be they chose to dial back the particle effects on some like the fire boss because of how demanding it was.

demo looks better because it's on ray tracing, i played with raytracing and it's so beautiful, looks even better than trailers

Sure, the demo always look nice, because its a demo, probably the size isn't that big. But if the released version is like the demo, then you bet the size probably be over 200GB (I mean, I bought the original, not deluxe, and it's already 104GB in size)
