Great video! I wish you the best! Do some cross training too - pool running, cycling, elliiptical, etc. Mix those in with run workouts. I wrote about this in my book "Attain Peak Running Through Cross-training".
Thanks. Yeah check it out. I think the general concept would fit you well. I wrote the book 5 years ago some of my beliefs have changed since then. The amount of cross training depends on the runner. But look at Parker Valby. She CT more than she ran and she won D1. I would say based on what I have seen from your videos and your recent injury, about 50% training as CT. You can combine running with CT. If you click on my link in my profile, you should find the book.
