Cross Country Is MENTAL

In this video, the boys and gals travel to Mill Creek Metroparks in Canfield, Ohio to run in the YSU Collegiate Inaugural Alumni meet. A cool thing about this course is that it meets NCAA specifications and is a possible future destination for national championship meets.
