He should've based her scalp & edges with Vaseline then applied the perm. Worked it in the hair for at least 12 -15 mins ,wash it at least 3 times then used a good conditioner. It looked terrible! She would've been better off getting it braided.

Hair wasn’t processed long enough. Hair ends needs trimming. Maybe Felista can do it next time.
Maybe wash, condition, trim, moisturize with olive, shea, tea tree or castor oil and then use a gel like ecostyle or jam. Relaxers are scary.
