It was virgin hair. It takes longer to relax. I hope this was a one time deal. Relaxers are harsh.

He did it wrong. He washed her hair first then permed it. He should've based her scalp & edges with Vaseline then applied the perm. Worked it in the hair for at least 12 -15 mins ,wash it at least 3 times then used a good conditioner. It looked terrible! She would've been better off getting it braided.

I've never seen relaxer applied like that before. I was nervous for Lawu but it turned out kind of ok. Happy bday Lawu thank you for coming to support Felista. There's nothing like having a sister. Doudou has his uncles wrapped around his finger. They are both sooo generous!
Hair wasn’t processed long enough. Hair ends needs trimming. Maybe Felista can do it next time.
Maybe wash, condition, trim, moisturize with olive, shea, tea tree or castor oil and then use a gel like ecostyle or jam. Relaxers are scary.
I don't think that was relaxer for black hair lol...
