I just started the game but want to point out that everyone says to leave it in the middle and they're all at 6 but if you move it two notches in any direction you can get eight on one of them with all of them still being six you're essentially losing to free points right from the start if you leave it in the middle. When you left in the middle and you moved on bio was at 7. You could push that to eight and still have the rest at 6.
I love this game for a 20 people developmental team I'm very happy I dont even get bored there's alot to do and plays kinda old school wich I dig and the cell shade works well
I'm not the kind of player that researches character builds in advance, though I game with someone who does. But I might come back to this when I get this game.

The mercenary class DLC is simply so you can enjoy the game emmediatly as a mercenary. On the Microsoftstore page it gets explained a lot better. It suggests that you can unlock the class later in the story or after you finish it. It also lets you start with some better stuff etc. This is something done many times. They woefull missworded it in the trailer and pretty much everywhere.

I'll admit I was a little panicked going into this game because I'd have to go through & decide these things myself without a second opinion or someone to guide me in a direction but this video totally helped & it's from someone I'm greatly familiar with since I've watched your Animal Crossing & Fall Guys streams so it's even better that it's from you.
i have psi build;the unarmed glove stays as it is however any other blade weapon does get more damage output,best magics are bubble+chopperbackback to get up everything-stonefist to hit and aircombo+stunpush big enemies-skylaser for !!!outside!!!group control--i also use blaze for getting over short waterparts or cliffs,be aware he does have low hp and armor,upgrade these first;for biozones its not really needed to get suits just look at element stats on your outfits and pick the highest protection(need atleast 80 to survive).ooohh and for the vaults you need keys from klick and moogs sidemissions, the two main attackers are fun too:commando for higher melee,deadeye for highest range,so any these two are great for both,combine their skills with bubble+stonefist+skyfall and make a automatic riffle from legendary stuff with elemental+high firerate(buzzsaws or clusterbombs,groupcontrol)and your set.hope this helps i love psifreak made him into magicwarrior/paladin.1 more big tip 4 u: the lifetree is giving you perfect search/find/collect areas meaning open map and go too all buildings and lightbeams within startersection after tutorial,going left right towards centertree,check every road and beach.have fun beware of small bugs.
I just got the game and ya I know I’m 2 years late for commenting lol. I wanted to let anyone who still plays, that you can actually sku three skills but it’s a bit annoying to get. You gotta play with the positioning of the cursor & move it back towards the center of the grid from the middle of the two main stats you want. The third stat won’t be very high tho

I've been playing hard for 2 days and to be honest the game is piss easy. The only time I've died is me being overly ambitious trying to swim across a body of water lol. Enemy and boss encounters are not a threat and I'm hardly at a high level or using high grade weapons or gear.
It's sad that the one class I'd probably play is locked behind the pre purchase. @Tagbacktv would you say the game is overall fun and worth the buy? It looks amazing but I have read online that it gets stale and boring after a while. Just wondering what your thoughts may be
I bought this game for my gaming pc and my xbox. On my pc I'm going mercenary unarmed melee build with Dumdon and xbox maybe a commando hyla just because I think they are dope.

Lol I agree I avoid the armor attachments because they look ugly. Armor looks great on its own doesnt need a piece of fence sticking out of it.
