We had an issue on day 1. The code P1 came up. (Water full) even though we had the hose attached. Had to tip it back a bit to drain. Power off and back on to clear the code. It's now sitting tilted back a bit. Hope that works as it's 90 in my room right now.
You have a plug at the bottom that you have to manually drain I use my mine for camping I have to drain it ever 4 hours or so if it’s humid and hot outside
Mines leaking from the bottom or the floor under it's keeps getting wet and I had a towel under it. Should I have off the floor so I can tilt it? Both plugs are in, I heard it running but I heard a sound of like alotta water dripping from it. What do I do? My wife just drained it before we went to bed. We bought brand new from Walmart lmk something plz
It keeps blowing cold air until it reaches the temperature you set. It will kick in again when the temperature increases. Make sure the ice is selected on the top of the AC. I’ve been using it for almost 5 weeks and it has been working well. If you believe your unit is defective, please contact the OEM. The warranty should cover the issue.
@@JH-df7jl Thank you for taking the time to answer. I have 570 or so sq foot space and was trying to get a 12000 BTU to work in that space. So glad yours is working for you!
Judy Breuer I’ve been using it for now two Summers and its still working great and it blows cold air. I use the dehumidifier feature so dumping water is annoying but I’m saving $$$ by not turning my central AC all the time. Just my case
@@JH-df7jl Does the dehumidifier work at the same time as the AC? I've been told I only need to dump the water chamber 1 time a summer as that is all it should really fill up. I would think pulling water would be an important part of cooling. So... confused and interested in your experience. Thank you!
I have new use for less than one year but it is leaking from side .I drain it from upper and lower ,but still leaking .I need help or suggestions pls.😊

I had my Ac unit for five years still works good just need to know wats the coolest number to keep it on to keep room cool it’s a good unit

Great review i just have a question about dehumidifier mode why dose the Manuel say not to attach a vent to it in dehumidifier mode?
Can you turn the dehumidifier off? I have a bucket that fills up to the top every 6 hours which makes it hard to have on at night

I have my unit on a little table,and the drain goes into a gallon jug that sits inside a bucket.
Get a lowes blue bucket. and put a smaller bucket inside of it.
I just bought this model and haven't found a lot of reviews. Do you have to have the drain hose if you have on cool.

May need to put some Teflon tape (plumbing tape) on the bottom drain threads to seal it better.

what is the square footage of the room you are cooling? What is the temp you are sitting at in your space?
