At least there were no enemies for you afterwards unless you triggered them. I have put up lots of shorts on the channel of level skips. Primarily in Tomb Raider one but there is some for the other games as well.
@@TheGameBreakersUK after 250 hours i completed all 269 achis, but i remember the harder parts clearly. Yes, first i failed the jump to that secret room, then i triggered the centaur + the other guy 😅 . still worth the skip.

Good video. I do not remember seeing the flare wall bug in your videos yet, though I may be mistaken. Would be nice to have a video or short on that one.
If this is about beating Bartolli's Hideout without the detonator key there will be a short on that soon. It's basic form is the normal Wall Bump as Tomb Raider 1 doesn't have flares. Some walls are normal but become glitched walls if you pick up a dropped flare in front of them. This video is mainly about showing these techniques in their basic form. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Thanks! Yes, it's a variation. But a very useful one to have in anyone's arsenal. I learned it from an 8 year old video that was pretty hard to find. Yours are more concise and more visible on TH-cam. Anyway, love your videos and your obvious love for the TR series!👍
Btw, for anyone elso who reads this: the bug that I mean involves this sequence: stand facing a wall with a flat surface on top. Turn 10 degrees left. Light a flare. Draw weapons (thereby dropping the flare). Do a roll while holstering the weapons. Pick up flare (embedding your back partway in the wall), turn a little over 90 degrees and roll. This should glitch you on top of the wall. Important: turn of 'walk to action' in Tomb Raider remastered otherwise she will not embed.
There is one trophy for actually using the cheats but blocks achievements for the rest of the save. It has been reported, though, that some will still unlocks though. It's been like that since launch. Using level skip techniques as seen in this video won't void any achievement progress.
Unsure as I don't have a switch to test them. But as it is based on the original PlayStation and PC versions f the game I don't see why they won't work. Give them a try
I had to use the Atlantis clank clank door shortcut in NG+. Took me like 50 tries, but i ain't doing that level all the way, or i lose my hair.

Here's a big questions regarding speeedruns: Will the use of level skip cheat void the speedrun trophies/achievements?
There is one trophy for actually using the cheats but blocks achievements for the rest of the save. It has been reported, though, that some will still unlocks though. It's been like that since launch.

Having a real tough time with the Atlantis door glitch. I die from fire, falling, lava spits or the teethed door. Just can't seem to get it .😢
It is a really precise one unfortunately - I have done a short on it if it helps
@Vincitorerose Another tip for Atlantis Door Skip is make sure the spiked door is closed as you hit the wall.
