Aiming for a sub 6 hr in 70. 3 Staffordshire in a months time... I've been watching this video on repeat during my training sessions and honestly work 10x harder while listening. Thanks for such an amazing video 🙏
So first one out of the water has no swim cap? All the pros don’t have to ride with spare tubes and cartridges I guess? How do they only have two bottles for hydration? Aren’t they refueling along the way? I don’t stop at the special needs, it takes way too long. Anyone else see anything?
Another great video szTri ! The footage of Christophe Santini pulling Kevin through the swim / bike / run is truly amazing. Apparently Kevin Roustand is a life-long fan of triathlon, so a dream come true for him. Christophe is a professional cyclist and adventure athlete (ski across antarctica?). I've done some HIM's, this is enough to push me to do the full IM.
Who does the voice belong to at 11:25? @SZTri Thanks for the great videos! I listen to them while I work out! Training for my first Tri in March 2022 and my first IM70.3 in September2022!
So true man! You gotta put in a lifetime of pain and suffering and pining at your craft to reach the mastery, with no guarantee that you will ever reach perfection!! It's the process called life with a purpose!!! Don't mother F'in quit......EVER!!!
If I ever met these guys who pull their children who have special needs or are handicapped through iron man, I'd like to shake their hand. It's not just one man, it's the whole package of everything in their lives, and the lives with their children and families. I am lucky I don't have that, but I suspect they might feel lucky of what they have, so it is difficult for me to even comment.
The kid is a huge fan of triathlons. Which attracted the attention of a french professional cyclist, endurance athlete (skis across antarctica), not his father. Name is santini or something like that
i have my first 3 olympic triathlons in the upcoming 2, 4 6 months, Ventura, Long beach, Santa Barbara. I aiming for Ironman70.3 in SantaCruz.
