This was a really helpful video. I also went through a brief depression after changing jobs. It took a lot to start feeling myself again and set up a system. I have been trying different things to find what works between project notes and meeting notes. Definitely the Moterm.

Thank you for being here and thank you for sharing. Tough seasons challenge is in so many new ways. I felt similarly to try to get back to me. I read somewhere "On days when you only had 40% to give and gave 40%, you gave 100%" and it definitely helped me. I hope things are looking up for you and you continue to feel like you.

Hey luv, thank you for sharing. I have a desk agenda and it takes awhile to find what works for your individual needs. Honestly, if I was in your shoes, I would sit down, write on a plain sheet of paper a list of what you want your planner to help you accomplish, wether that be for work and/or personal. Don't worry about what it looks like or how you think it should look, this is just to get the functionality down on paper. There are so many choices when it comes to curating your own planner and decision fatigue is inevitable. Just based off what you said, it sounds like you may want to use a combination of a few things to help work stay organized and stay on top of what you need to have "written down". I would use a combination of digital- i.e. google calendar, slack, asana, notion, etc, there are plenty to choose from and customize to what needs to be done- these are especially helpful for project management and long term planning. I would also look into taking one of your notebooks and using it for strictly to dos- where you can setup what is necessary for you to accomplish that day and date it accordingly. It will take time for you to play around and find what suites your unique needs and style. I love watching people decorate and do all the pretty planning, but for myself that doesn't work. These are just a few suggestions that may help. Trust me, faith journaling (where I write letters to God), has helped tremendously with my mental health and helped me get out of a depression. I'll be praying for you and wish you the best. 🙏💕

Thank you so much! I appreciate your thoughtful and intentional comments. I think the todo notebook alone is genius and it’s been helping. I am glad mental health is being talked about more and I hope it continues to grow. Many of your suggestions align with the direction I’ve been trying to go…pretty? Maybe. Function? Absolutely. 🥰

Great video - love your thought process about meeting notes and the same template for every meeting. My work planner is always a WIP especially trying to run a hybrid system, having a notebook, future planning...🤯

Thank you! I feel like I tried SO many things and rather than having a system and making the day fit in it, I plan to adjust to say "what will help me keep my brain organized?"

@@petuniarose so I have I. I feel nothing has been working lately so I have been researching systems and tools to find inspiration to meet my current needs.
