G’day Rebecca! Hey, thanks for watching. We are currently in lockdown and I have been loving my work from home lifestyle a little too much. Have a tops day! 🤗
@@KathyTamburri 😁 I use no disc, no rings because I don’t want indentations. I have really good luck finding nice paper quality and size notebooks at T.J.Maxx or marshalls. I use one for random journaling and one for budgeting. I custom with different color schemes and things I write inside. I hand wrote my calendar, have a section for goals etc. I slide one side of the journal into the left side of my desk agenda and the second journal on the right slot of the agenda. So when I close it two journals are in there and the size is nice. I use Side note: I’m grateful I bought this!! ♥️ Hope this makes sense lol
Your planner looks amazing! And hello from Melbourne! I’m a newbie to the planner community. As a lefty, do you find discbound system better than ring agenda? I have a mm size ring agenda and the page is too small and my hand is in the way, so I’m hunting for a gm size in ring and desk agenda. I’m lean toward desk agenda, the only problem with discbound is that the paper might go flay from taking out the page.
G'day, Cook T Baan, lovely to hear from you and isn't it nice to be part of the planner community. I guess it depends on what you are using the planners for? Work or social, or home planning? I love the discbound system for work or work from home situations. The half-letter size of the desk agenda is perfect for busy days and it is the lighter option if you are choosing between a GM and a disc-bound set-up and are generally easier to buy new or pre-loved. The GM agenda is nice and it can get heavy if you bulk out the planner -- not hard to do it's such a great size to write in, I still need to remove the pages on the right as the rings also get in my way somewhat. A desk agenda, whilst it is easier to come by, getting inserts that have a higher gsm (thicker paper 120gsm) to save the issue of damaging paper when removing and snapping back in each use - which the discs are good for. Most planner shops stock paper for the disc bound agenda and you will need to buy a specific hole punch as it is different to the holes. I never invested in the "mushroom" hole punch I bought my inserts ready printed and punched. I really loved using my desk agenda, it is the perfect alternative to a ring agenda. Try the GM size in a cheaper style planner, then if it works for you get yourself a fancy LV GM agenda. My MM is my go-to these days as I am back in the office and am carrying a laptop, phone and agenda between my desk and the office of my exec several times a day. Plus I love the MM even though the pages are narrow. Do you cut the slits in the holes of the MM /GM inserts for easy removal to save the rings? It really makes a difference. Love to see some of your pics, tag me on instas instagram.com/love.heart.life/
@@KathyTamburri thanks for the reply!!! what a good idea to cut the slits. I might start slow with the discbound system, and go fancy with LV cover when it's available again LOL.

Dream WFH planner ❤️
Your deskagenda looks beautiful. Glad you are back :)
Thanks Sara! I’m impressed with how well the disc system works after being a ring planner devotee 💕
This clean look is satisfying. I just can’t put rings in my agenda. 😖😣
Thank you! No rings? Do you use disks too? Or do you use notebooks instead? So curious. ✨

What size paper and dividers are you using?
Hi Happyblusky, welcome to the fold!
I use half letter size inserts and dividers for this desk agenda. Hope this helps with your set up.
@@KathyTamburri Yes, thanks so much!
