Last few months i've visited Rajasthan abi place were good but food i couldn't adjust......most of the curry was Too sour all the time

Oh nice and glad to hear that you loved the place and hoping to travel there sometime next year. Generally Rajasthani food is bland and has oil/ghee; only the dal and kaddi are tangy ..not sure what did you eat 😊
